  On July 20, 2026, I used Enterprise as my rental car provider while my car was being repaired at a local repair shop. Enterprise picked me up from the local repair shop and dropped me off at the front of Enterprise - the replacement is being paid by insurance up to a certain dollar amount. I entered Enterprise by myself as the two individuals who picked me up went to park their vehicle. I was greeted by an individual who asked what I needed - I informed them that I was there to pickup a vehicle as my car was being repaired. I was then asked to pick a vehicle (no pricing was discussed), I picked one that has good amount of space for me. Next, they asked how long I needed the rental for - to which I said "I'm not sure, it's in the shop so it may require some time". The individual filled out the rest of the ipad form and ushered to sign a couple documents and give my credit card - total process was under 5 minutes. On July 21 - I received a call at 12:32PM and I wasn't able to pickup. I called them back at 1:31 PM - the lady on the phone provided a time to pickup my rental vehicle to which I informed them it's already picked up. I also confirmed with them my insurance claim number which they said all set, nothing additional is needed. Although a rental agreement was sent to me after, I didn't review it as I believed my insurance has covered the entire amount of the rental, nothing during my process informed me that it's not the situation. After returning the vehicle, I noticed a charge of $1421.39 on my card. Upon calling the location, I spoke with the manager who informed me that I had agreed to a DW/CDW option insurance (never the case, I never accepted). And that my vehicle was not 100% covered under my claim. All of this is news to me. I'd like to be refunded the whole amount as I've never been properly displayed the price at signing of the agreement and I never got a receipt - which is illegal in MA

  Madison and her team are FANTASTIC! Hands down the best experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. I appreciate the extra time Madison took to make sure I understood my charges vs what insurance was covering, to show me the features on the car I was taking, and just her entire positive and patient demeanor (especially since their phone and foot traffic into the branch were non stop!). I also had no idea that they would drop/pick up and this little added extra saved me the hassle of having to figure it out. Definitely will be my go to rental spot. - Nancy B.

  Maddie provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming when I picked up the car, and just as kind when I returned it. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made the entire rental process easy and stress-free.
