  Had two tires blow out on one side of our vw suv up the street from their Pittsfield location and they literally went to our car and took the blown tires off the vehicle and brought them back to the shop and replaced both of them and then put them back on the suv right where it was which was where they popped. Love these guys. Great people they all deserve raises!

  Tires are available at many places. But if you want great service and extra attention to your vehicle, the Tire warehouse in Pittsfield is the best. It’s the only place I will go for tires and that includes the car dealership.

  Hi The service I received from Jerid store manager was amazing I pulled in because I got a flat right by the store. It was 7am store doesn’t open till 7:30 He was so kind he did not have me sit there till they opened. He took my car right in and I was out before the store technically open. Great customer service Thank you Jerid

  I don’t live nearby and my tire had a slow leak. Jerid (manager) greeted me warmly and they quickly got to work and figured out that the valve stem was leaking. They took it apart, replaced a tiny gasket rubber gasket (?) and the tire is now perfect. Very fast and an inexpensive fix. A+ experience!!!

  When I first came to Tire warehouse I have just great things to say. I bought 4 tires and they waited on me right away and put the new tires on and great courtesy from beginning to the end. I have been back a couple times to have the tires rotated and very happy with the service and friendlyand if I have any questions they are very helpful. I believe in customer service.
