  Epic experience with Jessica, Matthew and some of the local HOG Members. We were gifted some 70th Anniversary pins for riding 4500 miles to visit. What a great story and we really appreciate Ronnie's Harley Davidson parts finder, I've used that to look up so many hard to find parts and the parts team at our local dealership really appreciates me coming in with the part number I need.

  3.5/5 due to the reconditioning fee tagged on and the motorcycle was not truly washed, let alone detailed. Drove from Maine to make the purchase and given a week and then an hours notice of our arrival. Motorcycle was still in wash bay and when it came out all the gunk was drying back on it. Test rode, and oil was coming out dipstick tube onto exhaust. A few comments made about “maybe the oil was overfilled”, like what? Y’all were aware this would be ridden 225 miles back Maine… tech took a look and it was simply the tube hadn’t been tightened after service. Service department did change out the gross sticky grips at no cost and the motorcycle did make it all the way to Maine with no problems. Was hoping for a smoother experience however the price on the motorcycle was fair and it was used, not a new bike. Overall fair pricing just not a smooth day picking up. I’d still recommend them as they did check it again after riding and tech did test ride it to double check all was good.

  It was probably one of the most amazing, wonderful, fantastic buying experiences my wife and I have ever had.These folks bent over backwards and exhausted every avenue to get us the best deal, the best financing and the best interest rate. I highly recommend anyone looking for a harley, davidson, to go see these people because they went out of their way to make a sale.And as our sales rep said, we don't only want to make you a customer.We wanna make you part of our family. Now I can see why they are the oldest harley, davidson dealership in the world.
