  My go to shop from now on for everything . Got me in on time for my appointment. Went for my front wheel bearing and front brakes. They repaired both at a very reasonable price and very speedy service. Excellent customer service . Very honest business and seemed to actually care about their customers safety . I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks guys !

  Brought my car in and they smashed the front end underneath with a certain tool I don't know what but more than likely a wrench. I didn't notice it until I was already out of the building and home. Don't know why someone would do that but they did and they did it underneath so it would be very hard to find.The worst place I've ever brought my car

  While visiting Pittsfield for a graduation I found myself stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire, to make it worse it was 530 in the morning. While waiting for aaa a jeep pulled up behind me and asked if I was ok and if I needed help. The person turned out to be a guy named Mark and he, as luck has it, is the manager of the local Monro, not only did he change my tire but he was able to order me 4 tires for my car so I could continue on my trip. 5 stars all the way around, I wish I had a Monro were we live!

  Mike was amazing! I had a brake light warning that came on my dashboard. He evaluated the brake fluid, and also went the extra step of checking the brake pads and rotors, and gave me great advice about when to followup on that and how to know when it becomes a problem. He was so kind and helpful.

  These guys are so great!! I scraped into the parking lot at 9:30am on Weds (5/29) after my car very suddenly started making awful sounds from the front end, in a way that felt unsafe to drive. I was stuck with no transportation and no ride, and the guys quickly got me in for a safety inspection. It ended up being a piece of hardware that had been badly installed (somewhere else). They fixed it quickly and sent me on my way! They were kind, easy to work with, thoroughly explained everything to me, and inspected all of the brakes to make sure I would be safe. These are good people, and I highly recommend them for your brake, muffler, and maintenance needs!
