Haddad Subaru has been for years, for me, an extremely reliable dealership. Dealership. I was delighted to be able to buy my solterra from it once it was upgraded as it has been. Service is especially good, with loaners often available, and a shuttle home if not.
We had bought 2021 Crosstrek 2 weeks ago, after 1.5 month of haggling and negotiations. The car was initially very overpriced, and i was ready to go out of town to get the same car (newer and for less), but my wife liked it. Young salesman Sam Nitri saved this deal. He was very good, polite, persistent. Really good at his job.
When I got the car it was clean inside and I didn't think of opening the hood, because Haddad Subaru boasts that they do 100+inspection.
Then during MA sticker inspection they found that the rear license plate light were burned out, so I had to pay for it. Then when I got home, I did open the hood and, boy, was it a mess! The whole engine compartment was covered in old leaves, the break fluid was low, etc. I had to spend 40 minutes trying to vac old leaves. This really got me upset. Here goes Subaru Haddad 100+ point inspection. Pure BS.
I was really upset about Haddad Subaru and wanted to write a devastating review. Just when I was thinking about it, Sam Nitri called me again and asked for a feedback.
I told him that I would give him personally 5 star, but his dealership doesn't deserve more than 1. He apologized and offered to clean the car and take care of break fluid. Today he did all this, and this is the only reason I raised my rating to 3 stars.
I don't know what Haddad Subaru would do without him.

The people here are great! Both the service and sales team go out of their way to be kind, courteous, and friendly. I drove an hour for buying my car, and will continue to drive that hour to service it as well when needed.
Abigail made my buying experience for my '26 Crosstrek very pleasant, and was candid with me throughout the whole process.
Brandon in the service dept set my mind at ease the other day when I brought my car in for a noise I wasn't sure was normal.
I'd give y'all 6 stars if I could.

Got a good fair trade-in on my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek, Mercedes was wonderful in explaining everything, and responsive in answering all of my (many!) questions, providing and updating deal sheets and stickers electronically throughout the day so I understood all of my options. Her patience was incredible! Once we made an informed decision based on the data (2026 Crosstrek Hybrid), Carter was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient in bring us through from the test drive to the final purchase (not to mention his great sense of humor!). I highly recommend Haddad Subaru for purchasing a new car.
