  The process of buying my new crosstrek was easy from start to finish. They answered all my questions about the car and financing and helped me feel comfortable about buying my first new car. Would be happy to buy from them again when the time comes.

  Miley made my car-buying experience easy, seamless, and genuinely positive. She was professional, responsive, and no-pressure. From our initial conversation through delivery, she was easy to work with, quick to respond, and followed through on what she said she would do. I drove an hour to purchase my new Subaru because this dealership stood out as the most forthright and transparent dealership I found. That decision turned out to be the right one, and Miley was a big reason why. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be completed on pickup day, I spoke with another customer who had driven an hour and a half just to have her Subaru serviced at Haddad. She had bought her vehicle there and continues to return because of the way she’s been treated over the years. Hearing that from another customer reinforced that I had made the right choice in buying a vehicle from this dealership. I highly recommend working with Miley and the team at this Subaru dealership if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. They made what is often a stressful experience feel organized, straightforward, and easy.

  We purchased a certified, 2025 Subaru Crosstrek, with 5,100 miles on it, last week. I had been searching for weeks, and Haddad had amazing deals. I work with three people who have all purchased vehicles from Haddad Subaru and are very satisfied with their purchases. The buying experience was great. Karissa in financing and Ally the sales manager were very knowledgeable and wonderful to do business with. We absolutely love our new car. It is perfect for us. I couldn't be happier with it and plan to have it for many years to come. I highly recommend Haddad Subaru.

  Abby was our sales person. We loved working with Abby. She was very knowledgeable and always responsive. What I liked, too, was the way the Haddad group worked as a team. If Abby wasn’t on deck, then someone else got back to us right away. Looking forward to loving our new Forrester.

  I dropped off my car as soon as I arrived -- no waiting at all -- and got a call with a complete diagnosis in just a couple of hours. In a long list of recommended services, only two or three were urgent, and Mark, the Haddad representative, was frank and helpful in recommending ways of deferring some of the less-critical work and the cost while tending to the important safety issues right away. Communication was excellent throughout, and the work was done much faster than I expected. A great experience.
