Carter was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and very helpful. He knew not only everything I asked about my new car, but also details about how my new Impreza differed from my old one. He worked hard to make my buying experience smooth and easy. He never pushed me to buy an item or service that I didn't want. No hard sell.

Carter Robert at Haddad Subaru is a pro all the way....I'm an older adult with hearing issues ,and he made sure I heard all he said and understood all the answers he gave me.He gave me the best possible price on a lease, and it was the best price of all the dealerships I went to.....he listened to everything I said ,instead of brushing me aside as often happens to older adults...He was just the best....Thank you so much Carter!!!!

Thankful for the Haddad dealerships!
I've brought my car here for service now twice after purchasing at Haddad Toyota. I had to bring it to Subaru because of an issue with the radio and Toyota said the dealership needed to fix that. I brought it in and was also told I needed front brakes and that my particular vehicle had a warranty on the brakes and rotars. Subaru also covered the radio not sure if it was the make and model... I was also shocked when I found out that they have loaners you can take. Bri was fantastic at getting all that squared away.
Fast forward a month later now mind you the car I bought came with high mileage but I absolutely loved it and didn't want to pass it up... I heard a humming noise I was sure was the right wheel bearing. I brought it in and sure enough it was... Unfortunately when I left I still heard the noise I took it in for... I called and was told there were no loaner cars so I called again until I was finally able to get one as I live quite far away. Mark got my car in and informed me it was in fact also the front wheel bearings as well. Huge shout out to Mark because I was concerned why it wasn't caught the first time and it wasn't him who worked on it and I completely understood that.. Thankfully he listened and I felt heard. This is a big deal and it's always great to be heard. We talked through some things and he made sure it was made right!
That's great customer service! And thanks again to Bri for getting help with a loaner!
Also, I was able to get some parts from them last time that I knew I'd needed and was able to grab them the very same day!
I purchased a 2024 Mustang Dark Horse with only 3,040 miles from HADDAD Subaru, and my experience has been extremely disappointing\.
The car was delivered to me completely filthy, which was unacceptable for any dealership. After getting the vehicle inspected, I discovered several serious issues that should have been caught during any legitimate safety inspection.
All four tires have tread depths that multiple independent shops confirmed do not meet acceptable or legal standards for a dealership to sell on a vehicle. I sent HADDAD Subaru clear photographic evidence, including a penny inserted into the tire tread showing the tread depth was well below safe limits, yet my concerns were not properly addressed.
In addition, every wheel was out of balance by approximately ¼ ounce, causing unnecessary vibration. Even more concerning, the dealership left a wheel spacer installed on one front wheel while the matching spacer was missing from the other front wheel. This is a basic oversight that should never happen if the vehicle actually underwent a thorough inspection.
My experience with upper management was just as disappointing. The first manager I spoke with told me he would be happy to provide me with the safety inspection performed by their mechanics. However, the last manager I spoke with took the opposite position and told me they would not provide any of the inspection paperwork because they “don’t have to”, That inconsistency only raised more questions for me about whether a proper safety inspection was actually performed before the vehicle was sold.
With a vehicle that had only 3,040 miles, I expected complete transparency regarding the inspection and preparation of the car. Instead, I was left questioning what work, if any, was actually completed before delivery, including whether the oil service was performed as represented.
When you buy a performance vehicle, you expect it to be clean, safe, and properly inspected before delivery. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on the condition of the vehicle, the safety concerns that multiple independent shops identified, and the way my concerns were handled by management, I cannot recommend HADDAD Subaru.

This is a email I sent to my sales associate and I never received reply. Very disappointed for buying a $60,000 car with 3040 miles.
Hi Joe,
I'm hoping you can contact the previous owner to see if they still have the front bumper tow hook cover. I'd like to remove the front license plate bracket, and the tow hook cover is needed to restore the bumper's appearance.
I also want to reiterate how disappointed I was with the condition of the car when I picked it up. For a vehicle at this price point, I expected it to be properly prepared for delivery. Instead, I had to spend $150 just to get it cleaned to an acceptable standard because it was so dirty.
Unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue. All four tires were out of balance by approximately ¼ ounce, which caused the car to shake noticeably at speeds above 73 mph. Even more concerning, I discovered that one of your mechanics left a wheel spacer installed on only the front driver's side. Either both spacers should have been installed or both should have been removed. Having a spacer on only one side caused one front wheel to stick out farther than the other, resulting in inconsistent steering pull to the left or right while driving.
Additionally, after inspecting the tires, I found they have less than 500 miles of usable tread life remaining. Selling a vehicle with tires in this condition is unacceptable, and if the tread depth is below Connecticut's legal minimum, the vehicle would not meet the state's safety requirements.
These are issues that should have been caught during the inspection and preparation process, and they significantly detracted from what should have been an exciting purchase.
I appreciate your help with locating the tow hook cover, and I look forward to hearing from you.
