  Picked up new wipers yesterday. Joe installed for me, and checked an engine code for me for a misfire. He was very helpful with everything. And was glad to do it. Imagine that. Definitely my new auto parts store.

  Needed to replace my headlights, and they verified that I had chosen the correct bulbs, and replaced them for me, in the drizzling rain no less, in 10 minutes. It was great and I truly appreciate the service at this store, 6451. Thank you.

  Went to Auto Zone for a fob battery which they didn’t have, tho manager said to “go to Walmart” & bring it back when I found one. Problem #1 Walmart was a lame shot in the dark and everyone knows their stuff is picked over/stolen. Bad advice. Found one eventually elsewhere. Replaced one battery, but the issue was the second fob attempt. It was clear the fob continued to be problematic, but the manager told me it was fine, took an “emergency call”, and dumped me on one of his employees. He should have told the truth about the fob. That is the real problem. There are plenty of places around here to buy parts-some of them might even have fob batteries. Have already told many to look elsewhere for car stuff. Two stars cos he tried, tho he essentially fibbed about the still malfunctioning fob and, er, fobbed me off at the end. Terrible condescending customer service.

  Dave was SUPER helpful!! Thought it was my battery, but with a few minutes of his time, we discovered otherwise and he gave a few good suggestions!

  We buy all of our auto products here. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, and have even installed the air filters, windshield wiper blades, batteries, etc. that we've purchased!
