  Getting a regular oils change and seems to me there’s only 2 or few people working . I feel actually bad for them busting their butts doing a great job , making sure they take care of everybody with just 3 staff here . Especially on this hot day , valvoline please do better , this job requires a lot more people than just 3 and the 3 that showed up deserve soo much grace.

  Valvoline in Peabody at 230 Andover Street. Instant service. No line. No waiting. You stay in your car. You see the services in a display flat screen. They are done in less than 10 minutes. They recommend additional fluids using a clear print out. but are never pushy about these. Just letting you know. I brought my wife's car in today. I will definitely bring my car in the next time.

  Robert went above and beyond - his customer service stood out to me. I wish more companies would recognize stellar employees like this. Being a woman and having to get car maintenance done can sometimes bring up anxiety. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. I recommend him and this location.

  Robert from vavoline in Peabody ma was so very helpful today, very resourceful, drove to my car in Gloucester to fix it. Good mechanic, very informative, great customer service, friendly and reassuring that my vehicle is ok to drive and suggested I call my dealership to make sure of no recalls on the vehicle I’ve only had for a short time now. I’m a single mother who works 3 jobs and need to get my kids places. I rely heavily on using my vehicle. I’m so very grateful. He was quick and efficient thank you Robert and to everyone else who helped me at vavoline today in a very timely manner
