  I have been bringing my 2023 CX-30 Turbo to the Peabody Andover St location for service since I purchased it. The service is fast and the folks at the desk are professional and friendly. I can always get a Saturday appointment in the same week. Will continue to use this location for my scheduled service, as well as recommend Sullivan tire.

  I had a great experience at Sullivan Tire thanks to Helena. I came in needing a tire repair, and she took care of me right away without any hassle. Helena provided outstanding customer service—she was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything from A to Z so I knew exactly what was going on. It’s not often you come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely cares about the customer experience. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Highly recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Helena!
