  There’s “customer service”, then there’s LEGENDS. Michael and the crew at Sullivan’s Tire and auto on 114 in Peabody performed legendary customer service on Saturday, 10/3/26, when I was given the non-returnable “gift” of a flat tire. Michael was the 3rd person/place I talked to (including their sister store on Washington st in Peabody!). Not only did he have my tire in stock, not only did he schedule me as soon as possible, he ALSO told me what it would cost, and explained that he would find the best quality tire available while still selecting a used or “second rate” tire to keep my costs down (while also explaining the difference in cost between a new tire and a used, second hand one-in which case I promptly selected the new tire!). Was Michael done?! NO. He then said “give me a call today around 1 pm, if we can get you in, we will, so you don’t have to risk driving around on the donut all weekend.” I called Michael at 1:15, and he said “come on in, we have a break in the schedule”. In a world of automated, AI systems, you still cannot beat Michael and his types in this world for quality customer treatment and service. Need to schedule new tire service? Got a flat and an ant one less thing to worry about? Tired of scheduling online and talking to machines? Call Michael at Sullivan Tire in Peabody on Andover st., Rt. 114. They’ll take care of you…they certainly took care of me! I’m grateful.

  Scott and Mike and their guys were awesome. They took excellent care of me. And my car. Prompt and workman like, wouldn’t change a thing.

  The front desk were very pleasant and helpful fixing my issue. I was at the shop on 08/29/26. Will surely go back to them in the future for any issues. John.

  The place gave great service day of just before close. All I needed was one tire and they gave me that exactly with no hassle and no headaches whatsoever. I was served by Mike Scott and they’re great. Absolutely would come to again and would recommend

  I must give the two gentlemen who assisted me today huge kudos. Scott was an excellent associate who was straight to the point and was very sincere. Mike was also there to help out. Stellar service and it doesn't get better.
