- SCScotadam ChernovAug 23, 20261.0UPDATE: Aug Friday almost 1 week since I went back to them showed them the damage... they said manager will call me... STILL NOTHING!!! Had mobile visit booked that morning, they canceled, they had the wrong window. Second mobile visit booked 8 to noon at 11:30 I'm proactively calling them the tech said this should be done at the shop. Even though they should have been to me before 10 since I was the second one on the list. For communication skills, poor attitude. Did not vacuum out glass on the seat, or on the floor, or behind the seat and somehow they got it in my dog's bed on the other side. The window is in slightly Incorrectly. There is space where the Sealant should be, the outside is scratched and dirty from them, and the tech said I should get & pay for a detail cleaning. need now to make a third appointment to try and get this fix and resolve the scratches. No one available until Monday to talk. And yes, I did bring it into the shop since the tech said it would be difficult Even though he never seen it.

When I arrived at the service location, though, I was told they did not have the part in stock and would need to reschedule me for the following week. I then received a new call and confirmation email for the rescheduled appointment. But when I showed up, I was told the confirmation email was for internal use only and that I would need to reschedule for another day. This cost me a day of missed work, and I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled.
