  This was a complete failure from start to finish. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 AM and was told 3–4 hours. At 12:15 PM I received a “ready” notification. I showed up and the car was not done. Calibration hadn’t even been completed, and I was asked to sign a waiver to take an incomplete vehicle. I declined… surprised that was even something they said out loud. I then sat there for three hours while they scrambled to involve a third party for calibration, something that was never disclosed to me at drop-off. The staff was unprofessional and rude throughout. There was no accountability and no real attempt to resolve the situation. Once the car was finished, I was simply told “it’s all set” and given no documentation. After leaving, within minutes of driving the windshield was making loud crackling noises, and there was a circular pressure mark left on my dashboard that was not there before. I took the car straight to a Land Rover dealership. The technician confirmed the noise was not normal and indicative of a bad install. They corrected the issue at no charge. This was misleading, poorly managed, and careless. I would not trust them with my vehicle again.

  I had my car’s windshield replaced at this shop after confirming the price over the phone in advance. I scheduled the appointment, arrived on time, and the work itself was done very well — I have no complaints about the quality of the service. However, when it came time to pay, I was not informed of the total before being charged. I was simply asked to tap my card, and only afterward did I realize that I had been charged $60 more than the price originally quoted. When I brought this up, I had to wait a long time while they tried to “figure it out,” and in the end, I was told to call back another day to resolve the issue. That was very frustrating. Payment was handled quickly, but when it came to addressing a problem they created, there was no urgency or proper resolution. While the workmanship was good, the lack of transparency in pricing and the way this situation was handled were disappointing. I hope they improve their process so other customers don’t have the same experience.
