  If I could give zero stars I would. I reserved a full size SUV well in advance, and when I arrived to pick it up, they did not have it. Instead they tried to hand me whatever was left on the lot, which is not what I booked and not what I paid for. A reservation is supposed to mean the vehicle is reserved. Apparently not here. We then called six different Enterprise locations trying to fix this, and not a single one offered a real solution. No accountability, no urgency, nothing. Just shrugs and dead ends while my travel plans sat in limbo. Drove to 3 different locations and they looked at me as if I was a joke! And here’s the kicker: this is the second time Enterprise has done this to me. The first time I gave them grace and nothing came of my complaint. Clearly the problem is not one bad day at one location, it’s how this company operates. If having the vehicle you actually reserved matters to you, book elsewhere. I will not be giving Enterprise a third chance to waste my time

  Absolutely horrible, I showed up and had to wait outside with my pregnant wife for 2 hours, while they had a sign on the door saying be back in 30 min, when someone finally did showed up and when they gave me the rental after they "detailed" it, the car REEKED of marijuana of which I can't even be around because of my job.

  Arrived at 2pm and there was a hand written sign saying "be back in 30 min" and its currently 3:30. We had a reservation and nobody is here. We even talked to them this morning and set it up and nobody is here. We called enterprise and all we got was run in circles by the phone people asking what is going on. We ended up having to escalate it and get our reservation moved to the Boston Road location. We called boston road and they said they never got the reservation and didnt have the vehicle. Im beyond pissed
