  We rented a car Thursday and the lady working was super nice and helpful, so this review has nothing to do with customer service, but on the car itself. We were given a White GMC SUV with Florida plates (so you know which one)and I think it’s time for you guys to retire it lol it doesn’t even have high miles, which is insane, because the way it vibrated and rattled, you’d think it was a 20 year old car with 300,000 miles on it. Not only that, the acceleration was also terrible. Taking left hand turns had us terrified for our lives cause the tires would squeal on the road like we were peeling out or speeding (we couldn’t speed in that thing even if we tried) We were also driving it from Mass to Ohio, then back to Mass and I was so scared it was going to break down the entire time. So yeah, that’s my review on the car lol but based off of other comments, I guess I’m lucky we even got a car and that someone was working.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I reserved a full size SUV well in advance, and when I arrived to pick it up, they did not have it. Instead they tried to hand me whatever was left on the lot, which is not what I booked and not what I paid for. A reservation is supposed to mean the vehicle is reserved. Apparently not here. We then called six different Enterprise locations trying to fix this, and not a single one offered a real solution. No accountability, no urgency, nothing. Just shrugs and dead ends while my travel plans sat in limbo. Drove to 3 different locations and they looked at me as if I was a joke! And here’s the kicker: this is the second time Enterprise has done this to me. The first time I gave them grace and nothing came of my complaint. Clearly the problem is not one bad day at one location, it’s how this company operates. If having the vehicle you actually reserved matters to you, book elsewhere. I will not be giving Enterprise a third chance to waste my time
