  Went in for a cracked windshield a while back and the crack was filled with the filler that they use. That after a while turned dark in some spots and in other spots the sun would hit it producing a shine. So that was a fail. I made an appointment, the day of the appointment the tech called several times telling me he was coming at 3:00, then 4:00, then more like 5:30. Then the tech James became a no show, no call, and did not answer his phone. Very unprofessional. Had me waiting all day for a no show, totally ridiculous.

He was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly, walked me through my options, and did a flawless job replacing the windshield. Steve did a great job — the new glass looks perfect, crystal clear with zero distortion. He even cleaned up my interior and exterior afterward, which I really appreciated. The whole repair was done in under an hour, and the quality is top-notch. Safelite also honored my insurance deductible and handled all the paperwork, making it completely painless.   Reuben at the Norwood location was excellent! I needed my windshield replaced under warranty due to a stress crack that happened the week prior from replacement at a different Safelight location. Reuben not only serviced my car on a Sunday when the shop is normally closed, but he did a fantastic job and the windshield was so clean after! He even noticed that my EZ-pass transponder was missing the 3M velcro tape which had not been replaced at the previous location. I am so happy that my glass is fixed and will be using this location again in the future!
