  If you’re ever in need of a tow, look no further. Fast, responsive and first class all the way. The team at Legacy is incredibly responsive and professional. They showed up 20 minutes after my call and were a huge help.

  I was lucky to find this company, speak to her owner, Mirla. I got my car towed from boston to my trusted mechanic in Norwood while i am drinking tea with my mom peacefully on Sunday. I also paid less than what Tesla roadside assistance asked for. I love neighborhood and women owned businesses because they care. And this is a good example. I saved their info for the future. Thanks!

  I had an excellent experience with this company when they towed my car to the dealership this past Tuesday. From the start, the dispatcher, Lettt, was fantastic she was very clear about the arrival time, which I really appreciated. The driver arrived right on schedule and was kind and polite. What impressed me most was that he took the time to give me a breakdown of what he thought was wrong with my vehicle, and it turns out his assessment was right! It’s rare to find that level of expertise and customer service in a towing company. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and professional tow.

  If I could give this place a zero I would! I had a really frustrating experience with this towing company and would not recommend them. From the start, communication was poor and the wait time was much longer than what I was told on the phone. I was quoted one price initially, but when the driver arrived the cost suddenly increased with little explanation. The driver also seemed rushed and not very professional. Instead of explaining what he was doing or making sure my vehicle was handled carefully, the whole process felt careless and disorganized. When you’re already dealing with the stress of your car needing to be towed, the last thing you want is more frustration. Overall, the service felt overpriced, unprofessional, and poorly managed. There are plenty of other towing companies out there, and I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
