  Quick and lifesaving service! Our battery died right when we were already running late, and the owner happened to be parked nearby. She pulled a portable jumpstart out of her trunk and had us up and running in minutes. Friendly, fast, and exactly what we needed in the moment. Needless to say, they’ve got our business next time we need a tow.

  I called to ask about a private property towing agreement. Before I could fully explain what I needed, the representative hung up on me. I called back, and instead of helping, I was told, “I’m not interested, okay?” in a rude tone. I understand if a company doesn’t offer a particular service, but I expected a professional response and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing customer service experience.
