- MHMike HilarioMay 6, 20261.0I stopped in today for a quick oil change. I chose Jiffy Lube because I get a partner discount through Uber. When the technician, Fred, handed me the tablet to fill out my information, I looked at the bill and there were several services I didn't ask for. Including a coolant flush which the manufacturer recommends every 150,000 mi. This engine was replaced in October and only has 30,000 miles on it, so I know I don't need a coolant flush. Even if I did, the service was already on the bill before the tech even mentioned it to me. When I called this out, he tried to tell me that he was about to ask me about it. I countered by asking why a service was already on the bill and authorized. He had no answer. Looks like they are trying to jack up the bill and charge unsuspecting customers for services that they may not need. I'm really unhappy about this and certainly will not be returning to this location.

- E2Edelfan 247Dec 6, 20252.0They were fast and convenient, but what I did NOT appreciate is their trying to sell me on the more expensive option thinking I didnt know what's what because I'm an older female, or how they "wanted to make sure I knew" asking a second time when I told them no the first. Also, when I drove up all the workers were in back, which made it very easy to think they were closed. I did, until I saw another car pull up.
