  It's been a long time since I've received such kind and attentive customer service. I was greeted with a sincere hello, and smile and some conversation that showed that your employee was there to make my customer experience a good one. I was there for routine oil change and tire rotation. The shuttle service brought me to my home so I would not have to wait. I wish I remembered the name of the young man that waited on me, but all I really remember is thinking his name starts with the letter J. So thank you for the great customer experience. I've already shared this with several other people.

  Very disappointed with the service. I will never use this location again. I was informed that the issue was fixed but it was not even touched. Poor customer service at the front desk.

  This review is VERY long overdue, but one I hope people read. Just over a year ago, after a hellish trip back from overseas, I drove from Arlington, Virginia back up to my home town of Hingham, MA for the July 4th holiday. My Mom had passed away the year before on July 3 and July 4 was her favorite holiday, so I promised my son we would go back as homage to my Mom. On my drive, just on the other side of NY city, something punctured my tire. AAA couldn’t repair it - so I drove on a spare all the way from the far end of CT on 95 . I was told to get a new tire ASAP because it wasn’t safe to drive as many miles as I had to on the spare. Due to the July 4 holiday, everything was closed. July 5th we went to Sullivan’s. They didn’t have my Kia tire in stock but called around to find ones that were compatible. They made these calls as we drove to Plymouth to take a boat out to see the whales….where my Mom and Dad’s ashes were scattered…to leave flowers. That was a memorial I couldn’t miss, so could not leave my car in Norwell. After many calls, they found a tire in Plymouth and we barely made it before the store’s closing to buy the tire. We raced back to Norwell with the tire so Sullivan’s could mount the tire. We made it just in time and the guys put the tire on. The store owner was there and let us know it was ready. I went to pay, and the owner said - no - you guys have been through enough- let us take care of this. I absolutely teared up…. Not only did the manager, Scott, go above and beyond in trying to find us a compatible tire, but then the owner’s kind gesture was the icing on the cake. Sometimes, you start to wonder about whether there are any good people left in the world- people who care and see you as more than a customer. Sullivans in Norwell - they do. That alone is priceless. I encourage anyone and everyone near Norwell to please bring your business to Sullivans.

  We have used Sullivan Tires for decades, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are fantastic. They do great work and are also helpful and pleasant. It's the place to go!

  These guys today were an ELEVEN out of 10 ! Recognized me when I walked in the door from a routine visit two weeks prior. I was squared away in not time. All STARS!!
