  Tyler who works at the Norton location has been a phenomenal resource to me the renter and to his colleague Cam at the Bridgewater location today. Both men were kind, professional, and answered every question we could come up with. They swiftly and efficiently resolved even our most minor issues and my family and I appreciate them so much! Thank you Tyler!!! (And Cam!!!!)

  I showed up to pick up a truck when it was scheduled at 7:30 AM at Home Depot. I had the reservation in my hand. I was moving the furniture out of the house of my mother, who had recently died. I got the runaround from Penske telling me my reservation was for 10 AM in their notes and then sending me the wrong truck at noon after promising it to me at 10 AM, which was 2 1/2 hours late. It was 12 PM before I got a truck. I was prepaid for a 22 foot truck with four dozen blankets and a dolly. They told me they had that. What they sent was a 26 foot truck with no dolly and no blankets after noon, as in 12 PM. OUR FAMILY HAD TO DRIVE 20 MINUTES TO NORTON AND 20 MINUTES BACK TO PICK UP THE BLANKETS WE NEEDED.I had movers at my house at 9 AM. I confirmed the 730 pick up with Penske the night before. I noticed on my FINAL RENTAL paperwork they COMPLETELY LIED and said I picked it up at 8:22 AM rather than 12:22 pm. Penske was and it is unreachable to make good on the contract they had with me. Home Depot told me they go through this all the time with Penske and the man standing next to me at the counter, said the same thing happened to him two days before. Penske needs to do a major refund to me and my family to cover the cost of time, inconvenience, lack of follow through on a contract they had with me, lack of honesty, pain, and suffering, and a $1500 invoice from the movers who sat there for four hours, waiting for me to come back with the truck. I will not go anywhere near Penske in the future, which is too bad because I was willing to pay double the U-Haul rate for the kind of service I thought I would get from Penske. I’ve never ever been treated this badly as a customer anywhere. And don’t do it on top of us grieving our mother‘s death. I will be sharing this review everywhere I can find on the Internet until I get at least a 50% refund on the 16 foot truck I ended up with, only after the goodness in Home Depot’s hearts, not because Penske EVER came through for me and my family as we were trying to clear out my dead mother’s house. And on top of that, the truck was filthy inside.

  Horrible service. Waited over a half hour for some diesel fuel. Had to walk in and ask for service - still left waiting. Called in to remind them I was waiting - still left waiting. Thanks for nothing. Spoke to "Joe"
