  I don’t do reviews but the Northampton safelite has been the best everytime I’ve been in there I have a 2025 pilot needed a windshield they were polite and quick as they could be 3 weeks later I had another rock take the windshield out they again were awesome about a month later I got a chip in the newest windshield I went I to the shop said he could fill it save us some money instead of a replacement they took care of it I was happy with how it came out about 6-7 month later now the rains sensor wipers stopped working I stopped in they took a quick look at it noticed the sensor fell out of the bracket said they would take care of it the manager said he wanted to have a windshield in stock just in case the bracket was broken so i didn’t waste time coming in I came in for the repair a few days later luckily it was a quick 20 min fix and I was out of there I will def be using this shop whenever I have a window repair

  Terrible customer service, after 20 minutes I was finally able to speak with someone. My window was ordered, when will it arrive? Nobody knows, nobody is able to contact the Northampton shop. It's been over 1 month, still no contact with the shop.

  It was easy to schedule an appointment. They were thorough about how they operated and how to take care of my new windshield after the replacement was in. My insurance paid for everything so I was very happy.

  The problem with Safelite is everything Is responded by AI. When you go to their place of business employees are not help you and refer you back into customer service, which is run by AI. The problem with AI is they cannot give you an exact answer to the particular problem or you want or need. It seems like you’re chasing your tail around all the time. Very, very frustrating business to do business with. I definitely would not recommend them to anybody When I dropped off the car, they stated they would call me when it was done. I waited a day and a half for a phone call and never received it. I finally drove over to the place of business where my car was and the man says oh, we must’ve got mixed up. We didn’t call you.. Very, very unprofessional and never apologized for their miscommunication
