And zero stars for Firestone across the street who said we’re too busy while two repair guys sat there drinking cokes.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was necessary.They told me I needed to replace the entire tire and wouldn't work with Carvana. I went to Tire Warehouse in Greenfield instead—they told me it only needed a patch, had it fixed in five minutes, and it only cost $20. Save yourself the headache and money; go to Tire Warehouse in Greenfield instead. You won't be disappointed.
- KDKevin DMay 21, 20261.0I blew a tire and went here to get replacements. I got all 4 replaced. The guy at the counter was nice. Two days later, one of the brand new tires is completely flat. I take my car to another Monro and the mechanic said they never installed new valve stems like they are supposed to and balanced the tires completely wrong. They left old counter weights on. The mechanic told me to never go back to this Monro. Said someone there has no idea what he is doing. AVOID this garage.
