- SSSahil Shirzad1 day ago1.0DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ALIGNMENT I had an absolutely terrible experience with Monro Auto Service in Northampton. I brought my car in for a wheel alignment, something that should be a routine and straightforward service. Instead, they messed up the alignment, and the steering wheel was left noticeably off-center. What makes this even worse is that I went back and gave them the opportunity to fix their own work. They still could not get it right. I paid for a service that was not properly completed, and I was left wasting my time going back and forth trying to get my car fixed. This is completely unacceptable. If a shop cannot properly perform and correct a basic wheel alignment, I have serious concerns about trusting them with anything more complicated. I regret taking my car there and would not recommend this location to anyone. If you use them for an alignment, check your steering wheel and how the car drives before you leave — don’t simply assume the job was done correctly. Very poor workmanship, very frustrating experience, and a complete waste of my time and money.
