    Courtesy, willing to help out in a jam with my fob had ran low on batteries. I drove by the place Enterprise that is and they replaced it without a fuss when it came to dropping me off at collision repair shop. They're right on time. Friendly as ever!

    I got my rental in Northampton, MA. Staff was not knowledgeable nor helpful. I had needed an AWD and was told none of the vehicles they had were AWD, which was incorrect, as the vehicle I left in was AWD. Two weeks later, I had a couple of concerns about the rental, and called on 3 separate occasions, over a weeks time. The concerns were not addressed and not even looked into. I ended up calling the Keene, NH location, and they provided excellent customer service regarding the rental. The vehicle concerns were looked into and addressed the same day! 2 thumbs down for Northampton.
