  I called Sullivan Tire at the North Weymouth bridge street location on July 13 and was told a tire change would take about 1.5 hours. Based on that information, we made an appointment. When we arrived on July 15, we were suddenly told the service would take 3–4 hours because our appointment was “drop‑off only.” We were never given that option when scheduling, nor were we told the service time could be this long. As a result, we had to cancel our afternoon plans to accommodate their mistake. The staff member who greeted us was friendly at first, but his attitude shifted quickly. We even overheard him swearing while turning the office door, which was surprising and unprofessional. If this is how “family” is treated, it doesn’t inspire confidence. To make matters worse, the service ended up taking 5 hours, and we weren’t even informed when the car was ready - we had to call them ourselves to find out. Although they eventually offered to call a Lyft to take us home, the confusion, lack of clear communication, and unprofessional behavior left a very poor impression. What should have been a simple tire change turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

  I stopped in and talked to Joe about new tires. We went out and looked at mine and he showed me all the cracks and not much tread left. I decided to buy 4 tires for my Rav 4. Price was right. They offered me a free lyft home and would do the same to come back..for free! Impressive. Rick worked on my car and once tires were off could see i needed new brakes and pads. I actually had been thinking that, so I got that done too. Again price was right. No pressure. When done, sent a Lyft to pick me up. I'm very happy with them. Definitely would go back. Thank you guys....I appreciate it. Lisa

  Joe and his team are great! Super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to get you the tires you need. Very informative and accommodating! 2nd time here buying tires in the last 2 months and Joe has been great to do business with! He earned a customer for life! Stumbled upon the Bridge Street location after having a bad experience with another Sullivan tire in town and these guys are top notch! Clean shop and waiting area. Very helpful

  Had a scheduled appointment for a week out, it was important that the car does not sit overnight, that’s why I got a later date that would make sure this wouldn’t happen with the whole entire day empty according the phone operator. I got a text message confirming the appointment 2 days before. I confirmed it, two days later I show up and after talking for 15 minutes it comes to the conclusion they couldn’t do any work that we discussed, no mounted tires, no alignment. Complete waste of time. They told me they were backed up and a technician is leaving in a hour, which would be 2 hours before they close. No manager on site. They didn’t even call me to let me know. Joe the mechanic came out playing with a slinky. They should be embarrassed at their work ethic and how they treat customers. Very, very disappointed.
