  I seriously can’t say enough good things about Sparks Auto in Dartmouth! I was driving and my car kept saying that my brakes were faulty on and it was beeping over and over. I brought my Expedition in thinking it was going to be a huge ordeal, and they figured out the problem and had it fixed before they even closed for the day. What really stood out to me wasn’t just how quickly they got my car back to me.. it was the people. Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and genuinely wanted to help. While I was waiting, people were constantly coming in for inspection stickers and repairs, and I overheard an older gentleman telling his wife how honest this shop is. After my time there, I can honestly say I couldn’t agree more. It’s so hard to find people you can truly trust when it comes to your car especially as a woman, but I never once felt like they were trying to upsell me or take advantage of me. They were honest, explained everything, why it happened and treated me with so much respect. This was my first time there, but it’s 100% my new go-to shop. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore, and I’m so thankful I found them. I can’t recommend Sparks Auto enough!

  4 1/2 stars only reason left a glue mess behind with inspection sticker gotta figure out how to get rid of the mess now !

  Brad made the transaction and appointment for my inspection sticker so easy to just come in. They took me right away and even brought my car to the door for me so that I can just get in and go. They all are very nice and tell you exactly what needs to be done. Someone you can trust! UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!
