My husband and I came in less than an hour before closing with a flat tire hours from home. Eddie Alvarez and Jose Cardoso immediately took us in with care and a high level of compassion for our situation. They replaced our flat tire in no time at all and saved the day. The kind of community and help in a time of need you could only wish for. Highly recommend this location of Goodyear, they have created a lifelong client out of me in this interaction alone. Thank you , thank you, thank you Eddie and Jose — star employees and humans!!!

I have come to this location before and never had an issue until today. I scheduled an oil change 4 days in advance for 8:30am on Friday, June 12th at the North Dartmouth, MA location. I arrived a bit early and my car was taken in at 8:26am. After about 30mins, the technician Marco came out to show me my air filters and recommended they be changed which I declined and he also told me my tires would need replacing soon. Again I thanked him for letting me know but I would not be needing a quote today. He then goes back into the garage and another 35 min or so go by. Marco then comes back out to let me know "so, we don't have the oil filter in stock. I called another location a while ago but they still haven't brought it." At this point, I had been in the waiting area for over an hour. At NO point did he inform me of a missing part needed to complete the oil change. He had MULTIPLE opportunities to let me know, but instead chose to let me sit there for over an hour before telling me. I said "why are you only telling me this now? Had you told me as soon as I came in, l would have gladly rescheduled and come back on another day" Marco shrugged and replied "our inventory was off so I thought we had it but we didn't" I then inform Marco that it is now 9:40am and I have an appointment at 10am. I asked what to do because I had to leave ASAP. He said he could finish the oil change with the old filter and I would have to come back once the new one came in. To make a customer come back because of your mistake and poor communication is not a viable or reasonable option. When I told Marco this his response was "well I'm just giving you options because YOU said you have to go" l then asked "how much will come off the bill then since this is not going to be a compete oil change. His response "well you would come back so we could finish it" he then went back while I waited another 10 mins or so before he said my car was complete and they used an oil filter meant for a RAV4 as it was "pretty close to one for a Corolla" He cashed me out and did give me a discount which was appreciated but it was too little, too late. He wasn’t planning on giving one until I said something. The bigger issue is the terrible customer service prior to that. No apology, no owning up to his lack of communication. And honestly his overall demeanor and attitude was very dismissive. As if I have no reason to be upset and he did nothing wrong. As if I should be willing to sit there for hours until the part shows up. A simple “hey, I’m really sorry but we do not have the right oil filter. Here are some options of what we could do” as SOON as I got there, would have made all the difference. This is not a way to conduct a business. I will not be returning to this or any other Goodyear location. Oh, and I missed my appointment. The car time out was 9:48am. 1 1/2 hours after I arrived.

Be wary of this place, I had ordered 4 new tires made an appointment a week in advanced first thing in the am. They never ordered the tires for my appointment and didnt have them in store and forgot i even had an appointment. They needed to wait for someone to go grab the tires from the warehouse directly for me. Mounting and balancing took about 6 hours (no joke) and when my truck came out they forgot to do the alignment I paid for, back into the bay it went. They tried to offer me a free oil change for my troubles which I honestly but I declined and said they'd probably forget to put the oil in given how the day went. This place used to be good im not sure what happened.

DON’T COME HERE FOR CAR SERVICES!!! The owner should be ashamed of the unprofessionalism of their employees! I can admit when I’m wrong. I was five minutes late to my appointment. That being said, I walked through the door said I was there for my appointment. The worker at the desk looked extremely confused and had no idea what I was talking about. He turned around, found the paper of my scheduled appointment and said he didn’t know if they had the tires in stock. Isn’t that the whole point of scheduling an appointment putting in your tire information to make sure that the stock is there for time of service? He spent more than 10 minutes pretending to look for the tires. I can see him through the glass door. He walked out. He said good news. We have the tires bad news. We don’t have enough time to do them. You can leave the car we’ll get it done for you by tomorrow. I told him I just drove over an hour and a half to get here after leaving work picking up my child to make the appointment granted I know I was five minutes late, but he had no source of compassion I asked for a refund because I booked the appointment online. He said he was unable to do so. I’ve had good experience this year before that’s why I drove a little further out of my way to come here, but it is not worth it! Horrible customer service and pure laziness. I will never come to this establishment and I hope no one else does
