- AMAlden MarchandAug 2, 20265.0Solid experience here. They were able to beat the price I brought them from a competitor, and did the installation for my new Falkens in a quick timeframe. I would be happy to use them again. My only complaint is that they called and tried to get me to replace my engine and cabin air filters. I declined and checked them myself, and while the cabin air filter was slightly dirty and deserving of a replacement, the engine filter was quite clean and will not need replacement for some time. I understand these are normal upsells at this type of operation but I wish they would just stick to tires.

The customer service was outstanding, everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They provided great communication, fair pricing, and treated us with respect throughout the entire process. We really appreciated the extra convenience of the ride service they offer, either taking you back home or bringing you to the shop when your vehicle is ready. It made the whole experience much easier. It’s refreshing to find an auto service company that combines quality work with such great customer care. I highly recommend Sullivan Tire and will definitely continue coming back.

- JWJenny WolskiMay 9, 20261.0Took my car in to get my oil changed and had my back brake pads changed as well. After getting the car back, I heard a strange sound so I took it back. They told me there wasn't a problem. Kept hearing the sound so took the car to a different mechanic. They told me that they (1) tightened my oil cap too much and broke it. the oil was leaking. (2) they put the wrong brake pads in for my car so had to get them changed again. Will never be going here again! Save yourself the time and money.

Another great experience at Sullivan Tire in Newton. It is a bummer to have tire issues, but so good to know that the team at Sullivan has my back!
