- JWJenny WolskiMay 9, 20261.0Took my car in to get my oil changed and had my back brake pads changed as well. After getting the car back, I heard a strange sound so I took it back. They told me there wasn't a problem. Kept hearing the sound so took the car to a different mechanic. They told me that they (1) tightened my oil cap too much and broke it. the oil was leaking. (2) they put the wrong brake pads in for my car so had to get them changed again. Will never be going here again! Save yourself the time and money.

Another great experience at Sullivan Tire in Newton. It is a bummer to have tire issues, but so good to know that the team at Sullivan has my back!

Ozzy, the store manager, made a clear, conscious effort to explain my car’s damage in language I could understand, answered all of my questions, and did so in a friendly, gentle manner. I have never received such welcoming customer service at an auto repair shop. They even sent me a courtesy Lyft to come pick up my car. I cannot recommend Sullivan Tire in Newton enough! Thank you Ozzy and team!
