  My experience with Safelite AutoGlass exceeded my expectations. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was welcoming, professional, and kept me informed throughout the appointment. They worked efficiently without making me feel rushed, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care they took with my vehicle. My new windshield looks perfect, and they left everything clean when the job was finished. It's refreshing to receive customer service from people who are knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely committed to doing great work. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in excellent hands. I would absolutely recommend this Safelite location to friends and family, and I wouldn't hesitate to return if I ever need auto glass service again.   All I know is my technician came about 15/20 minutes early and replaced my driver's side window in about 20 minutes. Professional to the highest degree. He was fantastic. The company screwed me on the price ($536) but it was an emergency situation and I had to go out of pocket. I had a new window in less than 24 hours. Very happy with the service provided.

  After 3 months of getting my windshield replaced I had my car looked at for “ leaking “. Just realized this company after fixing my windshield not once but twice broke the clips on the black pieces that support your waterproof leakage on your windshield, not on one side but BOTH also confirmed by another dealer this is the only possible way unless I got into an accident (did not). Reached out to my insurance company who told me to contact satellite.. have yet to hear back. Per usual. Teach your techs to slow down, repair things correctly and STOP RUSHING .. I’ll post pictures to follow.

  I had an excellent experience with Safelite AutoGlass! My technician, Aaron, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The replacement was completed much faster than I expected, and the quality of his work was outstanding. He was efficient, paid attention to every detail, and left everything clean when he was finished. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work, but Aaron definitely does. If you're lucky enough to have Aaron as your technician, you're in great hands. I highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass and especially Aaron for outstanding customer service and top-quality work!

  I scheduled a mobile windshield replacement and the experience has been a week-long ordeal. On Wednesday, the technician came to my house but couldn't complete the job, claiming there was an "active code" on the front camera sensor that only a dealership could clear. I took my car to the dealership the next day, where they found there was no active code, only a historical one, time-stamped to the exact moment the Safelite tech began working on my car. The dealership said without question that the tech caused it, and that he should have been able to clear it himself. That diagnostic cost me over $200 and a day off work. I then took more time off to visit a Safelite location, where the manager was initially unwilling to accept any fault. To his credit, after re-checking my car he agreed to reimburse the diagnostic and threw in a free wiper blade replacement. Driving home after pickup, I tested the wipers and found the driver-side blade had been installed incorrectly. At full extension it swings completely off the windshield toward the side of the car. Because I picked up after their posted hours, I couldn't reach the shop that night. Saturday morning I called the help line, the agent couldn't reach the shop and left a message on my behalf. No one called back. Monday morning I called again. This time the agent tried the shop twice with no answer, I was told the earliest mobile appointment is the coming Friday, an entire week after picking up my car originally. I appreciate the manager making the diagnostic right, but between the misdiagnosis, the damage caused by the original tech, the faulty wiper install, and a shop that won't answer its phone, I can't recommend this location.
