  Very happy with my Safelite windshield replacement. The service tech was prompt, courteous and very professional. Definitely made the right choice. Five stars!!!

  This is probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. First, a rep called me to ask if I wanted then to still come and install the glass even though they had scratched it. Why would anyone ever want a damaged piece of glass? They then said they’d call to reschedule which never happened. I couldn’t get in touch with the garage doing the work and had to go back through my insurance provider. The representative I spoke to on the phone took three tries to find a location remotely close to me. After this happened and I dropped my car off I then got a call that they didn’t actually have the piece of glass since it was sent to the first location where they had made the appointment. In all it took about a week and three tries to finally get my windshield replaced. Totally incompetent and happy to take money from insurance to do a terrible job.

  My tech Jayela was amazing and attentive. She answered all of my questions and was very polite. My windshield replacement was fast and easy.Give that girl a raise safelight!

  It took three tries for them to fix my car window. The first time, they claimed that they were sent the wrong window. When they were able to come out to fix it with the right window, the technician claimed that the glass was bent wrong and they would need to replace it. He showed me where it stopped, but told me it was fine until they could get one that was bent properly. Unfortunately, he did not see that my door handle was not connected due to him installing the window. As the door opened from the outside, I did not realize this was an issue until I was trapped in my car and luckily with someone who could come around to open the door. Today, Luis, the apparent only competent worker at safelite, saw that the window was bent just fine, but the other guy from Saturday had not properly attached the mechanism from the door handle to the door. This was making the window appear to be bent wrong. It should not take three appointments to get a window replaced properly.

  Booked my appointment for 9am and was told it would take 2 hours. I got a notification at 1130 that they had just started working on the vehicle. Didn't leave until almost 3pm costing me my entire day. This was the 6th attempt to simply replace a windshield that was improperly done and in their own words a "hack job" aka: recognizing their own employees aren't capable of doing the only service this company provides... Huge surprise, I now have 2 significant chips in the windshield less than a month after having it replaced. So you can't hire capable employees, require 6 attempts to replace a windshield, and use cheap quality materials that break in weeks.. Genuinely the worst company ive ever unfortunately worked with.
