- BLBob LevesqueMay 9, 20265.0The communication and service was top notch from the moment I set the appointment through my insurance company’s app. The service person was on time explained the process and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Did and excellent job on a complicated replacement where cameras needed to be recalibrated etc… everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend Safelite. I wish I remembered my technician’s name to give him acknowledgment. Pricing was fine I need to cover the deductible.

I had a 9:30 am appointment and my vehicle was not done till closing a 5 pm,I had to call them at 4:30pm because I hadn't received a phone prior to that in regards to why my vehicle was not done sooner. I consider that poor customer service,other than that everything else went smoothly,the install was perfect ..so far..no leaks.The question is,will I use them again? maybe but I will consider going back to the other smaller(locally owned) company than I big chain company.

The first appointment I waited the entire four hours and no one showed up or reached out to reschedule. When I tried to contact someone online, it was an AI operator who could not answer my question. I then rescheduled online. The second date I waited for an hour and a half, then received a phone call that the windshield arrived scratched and was not up to their quality standards to install. I ended up making an appointment at the actual shop and was treated extremely well and my windshield was finally replaced with no further issues.
