  I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve had amazing experiences. They are so easy to schedule with, a ton of available times! Their waiting room is comfortable and well stocked with beverage options. Most importantly, everyone is so nice! Even at 8am everyone was in a good mood and willing to explain the work before it was performed. I hope I don’t have more windshield issues but if I do I’ll definitely pick here to come back to!

  From booking to completion the process was very smooth. The technician (Luis) was on time, kept me informed and was able to save my new inspection sticker for the new windshield. Very happy with the entire process.

  had a scheduled appointment for friday, dropped my car off they called me saying the windshield replacement was cracked and i had to reschedule. they offered to do a mobile install at my house for today at noon nobody called or emailed i called 15 minutes before they closed for them to tell me they’re overbooked, i live literally 1.5 miles from their shop a 4 minute ride they couldn’t even handle that? and they “reached out” to reschedule they never called or emailed today. extremely disappointed that they’ve let me down twice in a 3 day span. won’t be going back.

  It takes a special kind of inept for a business to have me actually sit down and write a negative review, but Safelite's serious ineptitude earns this one. On Sept. 2, Safelite came to the house to repair a cracked windshield. Ten minutes into the job, the tech said he had bad news after he stripped part of the frame and couldn't repair it. Safelite had it towed to a body shop in Raynham and got me a rental. They reserved the rental through Sept. 4. As of Sept. 15, I still didn't have my car and they hadn't filed for an extension, nor did anyone ever reach out to fill me in on what was going on. During this time, I had tried to contact Safelite for an update on my car and kept getting the frustrating automated service. On Thursday, Sept. 10, I finally reached a person, who told me they'd have a manager call me. It never happened. I got my car back on Sept. 16 (15 days later!!), only after I called yet again. They told me the car was in New Bedford and I could pick it up and leave the rental there. I'm not mad at the technician. I told him mistakes are made and for him not to stress over it. I'm upset that nobody in 15 days gave me an update, and nobody called back when I was told they would. The rental company was calling me at work, saying they couldn't reach Safelite either, and Safelite hadn't extended the rental. I would highly recommend NOT using Safelite. It's nothing but a headache, there's zero communication, and nobody stepping up from management. Honestly, they don't care. I'll say it again: Safelite Does Not Care!
