  I’ve had the occasion to rent cars from Enterprise many times over the years. That said I have to give props to the New Bedford team. These guys are just so good at what they do… all of them. They remember your name which may not seem like a big deal but to me it’s this sort of detail that makes for a sublime experience. I highly recommend this business if u want to have a seamless, all around easy time renting a vehicle. I requested getting a smaller car as the first one I had was a mini van which I didn’t need. I went to swap out the van and ended up in a brand new BMW which was a real treat !! Bravo for a job well done start to finish !!

  Never again, I planned my trip over a month ago and set my reservation 3 1/2 weeks in advance an hour and a half the day of my pick up I get a call saying my reservation was cancelled they had no cars. The guy I spoke to said I had to call around and figure it out, so I called two other locations the Fall River location said if was going to be escalated and I would get a call in a half hour. I waited an hour nothing I call back oh we are going to escalate again call back in an hour I call back they said give it another hour no one has called me back I was suppose to start my trip at 330am this morning and I’m not going anywhere because no one has followed through. I have been going to enterprise for years through the Fall River location never had issues til I booked with New Bedford the fact that he really told me you have to figure it out is absolutely wild.
