  Absolute Nightmare! My 2024 bronco needed an entire rear differential replacement and a new catalytic converter at 36,000 miles! Name me one car that has that many problems with that amount of miles? I can, and it’s Ford. Imagine to my surprise when bringing in my broken bronco to get repaired and they say it’s gonna take a month for the parts to come in and they have no loaner cars available. I don’t blame the people doing their job, we all need to make a living. I blame Ford! The best thing I ever did was trade it in somewhere else and get rid of it for good.

  I had a great experience at Empire Ford dealing with Anthony Pham was seamless purchasing my 2025 f150 there was a small dent on door they fixed it truck is great staff

  I really am not the type to leave a lot of negative reviews but the experience I've had with these guys has been absolutely horrible!!! 2 months ago I was told I'd have a recall on my vehicle so I called and made an appointment. I was told everything was all set just to go to the service department where I was told nothing was ready. So I waited another 2 months where I was finally able to get my recall completed. I then called the service department and made an appointment and was told I'd be provided a loaner vehicle. I went to my appointment and was told I would not be provided with a loaner. They then offered me an uber home to make the situation right. I then pick up my vehicle and don't even leave the lot and my check engine light is on as well as a button on my steering wheel chipped off. They then clear the code because the service department "forgot" to clear this code. I was told to go back in a few days if this light came on again. I then went back and spoke to the service manager where he told me that after a recall a check engine light is normal. I have done multiple recalls on other vehicles and this has never once happened to me. Then when the manager ran the scanner into the system he told me my check engine light had been on since before the recall even though it had not. He then told me they could diagnose the problem for $200 then fix for an additional cost to which I told them I'd take my business elsewhere. I was called a liar and treated like a child the whole time. Will most definitely not be returning ever again!!!
