  We have been with Enterprise for decades and never ever had any issues. However, when we did have a problem it snowballed, we rented in one city and were returning to another (Needham). The branch manager McKenzie went beyond her call to duty, she ensured I was safe, please, and extremely professional.

  After my daughter was in a car accident, we decided do rent a car until the damages were repaired. We asked for a compact car and when we showed up to pick it up they gave us a minivan (and needed my daughter there with her license which is understandable). The second time I went back with my daughter AND her license but they said they needed to hear from the insurance company themselves that the car was covered which they had not told us before. The lady was extremely rude saying it was out own fault. At that time the insurance was closed and we couldn’t get anyone on the line. We have been here 3 times in 2 weeks and still unable to get the car. Additionally, their hours on the door say they close at 6 and when I showed up at 5 they said they were closed. I think by the time we are able to get anything, our car will already be repaired considering how long it’s taking them. Do not come here if you are looking for reliability. Truly a horrible way to take care of clients and run a business (as business owners ourselves).

  I had a great experience with Enterprise in Needham, MA. The service was fast and very polite, the car was excellent, and the gas rates were very reasonable - I simply paid for the full tank But the best part of the whole experience was Bella, who works there. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and kind. She really made everything easy and pleasant. Bella is the best!

  After a stressful day, Paige was a star customer service agent. She helped us with kindness and professionalism. The location is convenient off the 95 freeway.
