He told me he was not able to help me because he was by himself and to come back next week. Unfortunately, dead batteries in cars can't wait that long. Get the poor gentleman some help!

He took the battery out of the car, charged it up, and diagnosed it. We found that it needed to be replaced. He gave me his personal unbiased opinion on which battery to buy and was not pushy at all, he genuinely cared to understand my needs. He replaced the batter in my car even after the store was ‘closed’. I appreciate the experience and care I received and would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you, Marc!

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
