  This experience was excellent. I will only rent from Enterprise. The Natick,MA branch was efficient, thorough, and polite. I also highly recommend the Williamsburg, VA branch. I always tell everyone to go there if in that part of VA. They are amazing.

  The team at Natick are always friendly, helpful and efficient. The cars are always clean and I've had good luck with my preferred rental type being available.

  Rented a car here, visiting from Florida, had to call from the airport as my flight was delayed and I had to reschedule my pick up. This office was great took care of me and I even got an upgrade! They were not open when I dropped it off but everything went smoothly, giving me a call saying all was good.

  Enterprise Rent-A-CAR Honda office During both the vehicle pickup and return, the customer service representative’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Throughout the interaction, he appeared dismissive and did not communicate respectfully. When we arrived at Honda, I politely asked him to let me out at a specific location, but he did not respond and continued driving forward before stopping. After he stopped, I thanked him and said, “Have a good day,” but he did not acknowledge either comment. I believe basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism are essential parts of good customer service. I understand that employees may have difficult or busy days, but customers should still be treated with respect. I hope this feedback can be used to remind representatives of the expected customer service standards and the importance of maintaining a professional and courteous attitude throughout the entire customer experience

  Terrible experience. I got a call from Jake, the branch manager, telling me that they wouldn’t have the car for my reservation the day before I actually needed to pick up the car for the weekend. He told me that they wouldn’t be honoring the reservation as they poorly managed their fleet. I asked for options and he said he called around and used all of his resources but couldn’t find the car I reserved… the first enterprise nearby that I called not only had the car but they were able to adjust my reservation so I could pick it up there. I do not recommend booking from the Natick location, sub par customer service, flat out lie to customers, and will put minimal effort to resolve any issues that you might have.
