I had a mixed experience with this dealership. Overall, I am happy with my vehicle, so the vehicle is not the issue. My 3 stars are entirely for the car itself and for Julio. Getting a car should have been exciting, but it was overshadowed by an unpleasant dealership experience. Some positives: I think I got a fair price. When I first test drove the vehicle, there was damage on both the back hatch and the plastic front tire trim. The dealership agreed to fix all of it, and when I came back the next day, the car was already in the shop before I had even officially agreed to buy it. I appreciated how quickly they handled that. Julio was pleasant, not pushy, and seemed honest and kind. His explanations were clear, he didn't try to upsell me, and he was careful, thorough, and responsive. The Negatives: The dealership was entirely unwilling to budge on the sticker price. I offered a lower price to start and was told that “99% of times we don’t discount used cars,” which was obviously not believable. I had to resort to offering my trade-in pretty quickly. They did fix the physical damage, which I guess was somewhat equivalent to lowering the price. Some things were pretty unprofessional. All 4 times I went to the dealership for set appointments, nobody knew who I was or why I was there due to poor communication between the front desk and sales. There were also constant mistakes on the paperwork, including a lack of capitalization on names and incorrect dates. I also had a very weird experience with the first sales guy I worked with (Guy #1), who honestly seemed like it was his first day. I had called ahead about the specific vehicle, but he had no idea what car I wanted. We walked around the lot looking for it, and twice he tried to show me the wrong car. When we found it, we had to wait for him to find the keys, and he said basically nothing while we looked at it. Then, despite being 15 minutes from closing while I was actively asking questions, he kept repeatedly asking, “so do we have a deal?” 3 or 4 times. It was pretty annoying tbh. The next day, I came back and asked for him, but he wasn’t on the schedule (weird because he said he was) so I was assigned to Julio. 30 minutes into my conversation with Julio, Guy #1 suddenly showed up and accused us of coming earlier than we said we were going to, which was weird, aggressive, and untrue. A few minutes later, he left the dealership and slammed the door after arguing with the manager (I think about Julio taking over the deal). (Sidenote: On both nights, Guy #1 shook my boyfriend’s hand first and spoke almost exclusively to him, even though I made it clear it was my car and my money). I felt bad for him losing his comission but he made me feel awkward and responsible for creating weird beef between coworkers, and I shouldn’t have been subjected to that. There were multiple times I felt like they were trying to be sneaky. I spoke to 2 people about removing wheel locks from the car, but noticed after signing that I was still charged. They refunded me without an argument, but told me the check would be ready and it wasn't; I had to wait almost an hour for them to cut a new one. Another thing was they agreed to $2500 for my trade-in, but came back on the paperwork with a value of $2000. When I said that, it was “oh sorry about that!” and they fixed it. It felt intentional to see if I would let it go. The process was also incredibly drawn out with endless waiting. The most stressful part was when the manager spent 1.5 hours upselling extra coverage in what was supposed to be a 15-minute meeting. I was hungry and wanted to go home, but it felt intentionally drawn out and confusing with constant "but wait, there's more!" pitches. I even noticed the manager’s handwriting during his explanation was suddenly completely illegible, though later it was fine, which felt like a weird sales tactic. I've been told this is standard dealership behavior, but it still sucked. Overall, if this car wasn’t a good value and if Julio hadn’t been nice, I would have left without buying the car.

Had a great first quote and experience for selling my used car here from CarGurus, chatted with Michael, he was super nice. Then they did not follow through when I went to drop it off. They dropped their “quote” by over $3K. The online quote was $8100, in person was $7K, final offer at drop off dropped to $5K. Waste of a drive out here for a second time. Next time just be honest the first quote was no good instead of lying to people and wasting their time. Ironically in the market for second car now and will not be shopping here and they lost a potential customer and others I chat with. Two stars since Michael was really nice on the first visit, good luck to him!

I had a great experience with Bernardi Honda of Natick. I purchased a used vehicle from them, and shortly after driving it, I noticed a water-flowing noise coming from behind the dashboard. I brought the car back, and instead of brushing off the concern, the service team took the time to properly diagnose the issue. After a thorough inspection, they discovered the problem was related to the head gasket and took care of the repair. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was fixed correctly. Since getting the car back, it has been running great. A special thank you to Kerrey in the service department and Victor and Jonathan in sales. All of them went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with my purchase. It’s not every dealership that stands behind a used car the way they did. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and commitment to customer service. If you’re looking for a dealership that takes care of its customers even after the sale, I highly recommend Bernardi Honda of Natick.

Terrible customer service. Arguing about who was right with a customer who is always right. Telling me what I wanted to hear during the sale then changing it after. Did my tint the day of the inspection and failed inspection having to go back a fourth time. Told my my wheel locks were in the glove compartment and were missing. I had to middle man between him and the insurance company to get the RTA stamped saying my address was wrong which was their job as I paid for the paperwork and expect it to be done promptly. When I purchased my Harley they took care of everything as it should be. I shouldn't have to follow up and stay on someone to get things done. Would never buy a car from them again. Didn't tell me to leave my plates as well for the plate transfer. Nothing about this experience was easy and caused more stress than anything else.

Super Amazing Experience!- Morcos Aziz. Our experience at Honda Natick was absolutely outstanding. Morcos Aziz was exceptional—very understanding, incredibly patient, and truly dedicated to meeting all of our needs. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and offered coffee or water, which immediately made us feel comfortable and valued. Our appointment started right on time. Morcos took the time to listen carefully, understand our requirements, and guide us through the entire process in a friendly and professional manner. Everything went so smoothly that we were able to lease two vehicles in the same day. Morcos completely changed our perception of the car-selling and leasing process. What we had previously considered stressful became one of the most positive and enjoyable experiences we have ever had. His honesty, professionalism, and customer-focused approach made all the difference. I would also like to recognize Adele, who was extremely helpful, efficient, and quick in completing all the paperwork, making the final steps seamless and stress-free. Without a doubt, this was one of the best vehicle leasing experiences of our lives. We will definitely return in the future because we are 100% confident that we will be treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care. Thank you, Honda Natick, for having such amazing team members. They are a true asset to your dealership! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
