  I was going to purchase an extended warranty from them, but there are so many people here that have posted, completely believable, negative experiences. One piece of preemptive advice, have them print out, and sign, a detailed list of what is NOT covered, and whatever qualifications ( i.e. "loopholes" ) you must meet in order to have your warranty honored. Remember, they maximize profits by denying whatever they possibly can. You should not require an attorney to obtain the services that you have already paid for.

  No stars. Dealership doesn’t deserve even one. Don’t go there. Its the worst experience i have lived thru. Scammers. Lie about a car being certified or some how illegally certified it.

  I brought my car to Audi Natick for service and had a great experience. Ben in Service was excellent to work with. Straightforward, responsive, trustworthy and made sure my car was taken care of properly. Will definitely be going back to this location!
