Linda is truly exceptional! She is incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. My 17-year-old son recently needed four new tires for his Audi S5, and Linda made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. She took the time to explain all of our options, treated my son with patience and respect, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way.
We've had to return for service twice over the past two weeks, and each time Linda has continued to provide outstanding customer service. Her professionalism, genuine care, and dedication to her customers have made a lasting impression.
I currently drive a Range Rover, but I can honestly say that because of Linda, my next vehicle will be an Audi from Natick. She is a tremendous asset to the dealership, and I can't recommend her highly enough!

I recently had an opportunity to bring my Audi Q5 for servicing at Audi Natick. First of all, i would request if there is a way to avoid buying Audi cars, please do. Very poor customer service from Audi USA and to compliment that Audi dealers have no idea. Bring a problem to 5 different Audi dealers, you will get 5 different answers.
My reason for poor rating of Audi Natick was due to following reasons:
1. Cars doors were squeaky.
2. Audi Dashboard (Virtual Screen) defaults to bigger dials whenever i start the car.
3. Rear trunk Sensors were too sensitive, trunk opens up when you pass by close enough to the car without having to wave your foot. It also closes automatically when you are offloading items from trunk and with key in your pocket.
Resolution:
1. Squeaky doors were fixed but it took them OVER A WEEK to get that fixed. When i visited them last time, they didnt have parts. Even if they didnt have parts, they should have informed me or followed up with me. I had to follow up with them regularly on the status.
2. They ( Audi servicing) are telling me switching to default bigger dials is normal. IT IS NOT NORMAL. I do own other Audi cars and this behavior does not occur to this car. If i set my virtual dash at certain setting, that stays there until i change it myself. Starting or stopping of car does not have any effect. BUT looks like AUDI MAKES SOFTWARE WHICH IT CANNOT SUPPORT. I would expect Audi Dealers to make a case with Audi USA and escalate it but no. Nobody has time for it.
3. For sensors, they cannot do anything. Again the rhetoric, this is normal, we cannot do anything.
If you cannot do anything, why open a servicing center. Lets all Audi owner go to private garages. Audi Servicing is sham.
