  I attempted to rent a truck using Enterprise at a Johnston location. After making a reservation, 4 days later I was called and told they did not have the trucks, and that every other reservation scheduled was also being canceled. That Johnston employee did nothing to help me secure another truck to rent. I called Enterprise in North Attleboro and had the pleasure of speaking to Kevin. Kevin went above and beyond, explaining that while he did not have the truck that I needed he would do what he could to find me another one and call me back. A few hours later I received that call with the exact truck I was looking for. Kevin's professionalism and respect was very appreciated, completely erasing the terrible experience I had with the Johnson location. Due to Kevin's efforts, I will definitely be utilizing Enterprise again (though not the Johnston Rhode Island location).

  They have treated me great. The vehicle i got was clean and just what i needed. I would use them again and again.

  Enterprise as a whole is 4/5 but the employees @ North Attleboro are a 5/5 . Some good ol’ boys.
