  No one answered when we needed to extend our rental. We've called multiple times and get hung up on by this branch. If I could give zero I would. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had.

  It's a small place, usually with only 1 or 2 people working, so that can get backed up sometimes, but they're always nice and they try really hard to get you on your way quickly.

  Terrible experience today! Rented a mini van and went to pick up - they tried putting us in a Durango (not comparable). The employees claimed that the manager had called us about this change (never happened). They couldn’t make it right so we went to Shrewsbury where we had a much better experience! Would never go back to Milford.
