  Not happy was asked about how my tires were when I pulled in. Speciffically said my back tires needed air. Oil change was being done I was asked about my lights I said I had a back light out. They checked and said nope I had no light out. I said OK strange. Took about 5 mins. As I was leaving said did you fill the tires, was told yes. Pulled out and what do you know my low air tire light came on. I had a long trip to go to next day so went and put air in myself. Than go to the store and see my back light was still out. Thought it was strange them saying it was not when it had been months of it out. I went end of night so I get maybe everyone wanted to leave. But being lied to is not something I am ok with. Find there is no way my light was out for months never seen it come back on but surprising that moment it was on. Than maybe the person I was talking to didn't really know if tires were filled but me speciffically asking if they were should of hinted to make sure they were and asked. And being that I was there literally 5 mins I can guarentee none of my fluids were filled. It was empty oil change filter and add oil. I get it I can go back and have fluids filled but I don't have time to just go back. I want the job done correct the first time. I hope someone actually looks at this and does something about it. And someone else doesnt have the same experience.

  Valvoline – 488 Broadway, Methuen, MA I recently visited Valvoline at 488 Broadway in Methuen for an oil and filter change, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient, but I especially want to highlight the outstanding customer service provided by the manager, Evelyn. It’s clear that the team’s professionalism and positive attitude reflect her strong leadership. They didn’t try to upsell me on services my car didn’t need, and when the job took longer than expected—because the filter was stuck—both Evelyn and the mechanics kept me informed throughout the process and apologized for the delay. Their honesty, transparency, and respect for customers truly set this location apart. I highly recommend this place 100%.

  Staff seemed confused and disorganized Had to tell them check my air filter and wanted it changed they put it back and lost a screw putting it back had tell them I didn’t pay before they tried let out of the bay and could’ve had add on sale if they check cabin air filter

  Would appreciate it if the guy asked me if it was okay he did my lights and pulled my hood open for me. I don't appreciate people reaching into my car without asking. Also I know how my car works, thanks.

  I went here for an oil change. They told me I had an issue. Took it to two other mechanics to have them look at it. No problem found. Never checked all the fluids or the air filters. The staff was nice but not a clue of the supposed issue I had. They said the issue was caused by low pressure in the engine. When in fact if it was the issue they said it would have been from high pressure. I won’t be back to that location. Only reason I went there I had running around to do in the area. I’ll be going back to the Valvoline in Derry, NH. They do their job and do a great job too.
