  Great customer service, fully staffed, good location and did I mention great customer service! I went to this business for the first time ever and the people who attended me were so polite, helpful and friendly! This is going to my go-to for all my oil changes!

  A suggestion for the manager of this store in Methuen, Massachusetts: they haven't had a working printer for three months. Every time I mention it or ask for my receipt, the printer isn't working.

  I've been going to miss Valvoline for some time. I think they're very thorough and have redundancy built into their protocol which is reassuring. We definitely recommend if you need an oil change.

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline. Richard provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The oil change was quick, efficient, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days. Thank you, Richard, for making the experience so easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!
