- MFMartin G Rosa FlorentinoAug 3, 20261.0This is the worst place to get tires replaced. I bought four Continental tires and left my vehicle there; they told me it would take three hours and that I couldn't wait on-site. I had to pay for an Uber home, and then, just half an hour later, they called to say the job was done—so I had to pay for another Uber to go back. When I picked up the car, I noticed they hadn't balanced the tires. I tried to make another appointment to have them check the noise and vibration, but they claimed they had no openings. I spoke to corporate customer service, and they managed to get me an appointment, but when I arrived, the manager treated me terribly; he yelled at me about being understaffed and was extremely rude just because I had come back to have the tires checked. He told me I couldn't wait there, so I had to pay for an Uber home again. Twenty minutes later, he called me to pick up the car, but when I returned, I noticed they hadn't even touched it—it was in the exact same spot where I’d left it. Later, I contacted someone at Sullivan who apologized and arranged an appointment in Woburn, but I didn't go; I just gave up and then, when I went to another place, they discovered that a tire had been left loose. This place isn't worth it—terrible customer service. I’m not saying Sullivan i general is a bad place because I’ve heard great things about the Sullivan in Woburn but the Sullivan in Melrose shouldn’t be operating.
