  Incredible experience at LBJ today! They were recommended to me by a neighbour who described them as "very honest mechanics". I couldn't agree more! Here's my experience: I had my brakes replaced by a chain outlet a few weeks ago and shortly thereafter my car started to make a huge racket. Today, I took it into LBJ and asked Dan if he could have a quick look/listen. While already quite busy, he took the time to listen to the noise, immediately diagnosed the issue, and then fixed it on the spot. The issue? Two caliper mounting bolts were MISSING on one of those "fixed" brakes. A huge safety issue! And the bolts on the other "fixed" brake were LOOSE. Doesn't say much for the chain I used, but it speaks volumes for LBJ. I am so grateful to LBJ, for fixing the problem created by another, for squeezing me into an already full schedule because it was a safety issue, and for the incredibly reasonable charge for the work. I'll trust LBJ to do all future service on my Honda and Acura. You should too!
