  I #$*@-ing LOVE this place! Even if there are several vehicles waiting (which is rare)- they do their best to get vehicles serviced in the order they arrive...first come, first serve. And it's usually no more than a 10-15 minute wait MAX. Service is fast and efficient. Staff is friendly & professional. It is a big corporation, and they will try to "up-sell" services, but I've been to several locations and they are not pusht about it. They offer it, and let you decide. They also do a great job explaining everything they do/ find. And will do as much or as little as you want (Don't touch my filters or wipers!) Always happy with my visits here!

  Valvoline on Salem St Medford MA is excellent.. The manager Freya and his team are top notch and do not pressure customers for up selling.. Very good customer service . The oil change is always quick and done right. They get you back on the road promptly to continue your day .. I recommend this location

  I’ve been coming to this Valvoline for about a year now. I work overnight and there’s never a line at 8 am when I’m coming off my shift. The service is quick, staff is super friendly, and they give you insight on maintenance without forcing you to take care of everything right there on the spot. Shout out to Kevin and the crew for superb service this morning!

  The people who work at this location are very polite. They explain to me the procedure and the importance of certain maintenance. I don't know much about cars. Usually I am intimidated when it come to maintenance, but here, they make it easy to understand and I feel no pressure to spend money. They have saved me money.
