- JPJohn PSep 26, 20261.0The front desk worker named Shawn was extremely rude and disrespectful. He was yelling at customers, making unnecessary and disrespectful comments, and refused to properly explain anything when I had questions. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Monro definitely needs to do better when it comes to hiring and training employees who interact with customers. I was very disappointed with my experience and, unfortunately, I will not be returning.
