  Horrible service. The person working the counter doesn't know how to deal with customers,they were incredibly rude. I really think they should find a different line of work ,anything other than serving customers.

  I had a very disappointing experience here. First, the oil change was much more expensive than I expected. But the biggest problem was the customer service. When I arrived, an employee asked for my key. I thought he only wanted me to move the car inside, so I said the car was already open because my car unlocks automatically when the key is nearby. Instead of calmly explaining that they needed to keep the key, he slammed his hand on the table and yelled at me several times, saying, “Put the key here!” There was no reason to speak to a customer like that. A professional employee should explain things respectfully, not scream or act aggressively. I stayed quiet because I needed the oil change done and it was late, but honestly, the behavior was very disrespectful and unacceptable. I will not come back, and I do not recommend this place to others.

  Beware of dishonest upselling! Got my tires replaced here and shop called to tell me they were nearly done with the tire replacement but I needed new front rotors and brake pads. Strange, because I got all 4 rotors and pads replaced less than 6 months prior! When I asked about this directly they said the front rotor and pads didn't look new and should be replaced within the month. Well, went back to the mechanic that did the brake pad and rotor replacement AND got an independent 3rd opinion from a mechanic at a different shop. Both agreed my brakes are absolutely fine and no where near needing to be replaced. Mechanic that did the replacement let me inspect them myself too. Either Monro doesn't know what they're doing or were dishonest to try to upsell me. When I called to speak with the service manager he just denied it and insisted if they said I need new brakes it must be true.

  Absolutely terrible experience at Monro Auto Service in Medford. I called at 9:30 AM and was given an 11:00 AM appointment. I rearranged my work schedule and drove over expecting basic professionalism. Instead, I sat there for over an hour and they didn’t even start looking at my car. When I asked what was going on, the response was basically “it will take time.” Then what exactly is the point of giving out appointments? If it’s just first-come-first-serve, say that upfront instead of wasting people’s time. This isn’t about waiting a bit — it’s about zero respect for customers’ time and completely misleading scheduling. I had to leave without getting anything done and go back to work after wasting hours for nothing. If your time matters at all, don’t trust the “appointments” here. Completely unprofessional.
