  Great experience renting from Enterprise-Medford. The car was perfect and the service was cheerful, professional, and efficient. Easy pick-up and drop-off. We will definitely be renting from Libby and her team again in the future. A well-run operation!

  The booking online is simple and changes when I needed them easy. The cars are always in great condition and the staff is cordial and helpful. Picking up and returning the cars is a smooth process. I’ve used Enterprise in multiple occasions and the experience has always been great.

  A car I returned with a lost item on Saturday was transported here on Sunday and rented on Monday. The item disappeared and staff was unhelpful and refused(?) to send an email confirming they checked. Even with video proof item showing in the background of my own video I took distractedly making sure the car was the way I returned it. They wouldn’t take a look.
