  Experience with pick up/drop off and car itself was fine but they tried to take advantage me on excess miles. Claimed I drove "1,000 miles" which was not true at all. Luckily, I took pictures of before and after mileage and they reimbursed me but still not cool. Don't forget to take pictures/video of the car and miles before and after! Still a big fan of enterprise and will continue to use them

  Super helpful staff and rental pick up was easy. Had some miscommunication (I believe on my end) but they fixed my mistake. Car was clean and drove well, no issues!

  It was a rental through the insurance company while my car was getting collision damage repaired. The insurance company and the body shop took care of the reservation, extensions, etc. The local office on Mystic Ave in Medford was great! Helpful, efficient, courteous. They picked me up at the shop and dropped me off at the end, no waiting. The vehicle had 15k miles but was in good shape and very clean.
