The guy who drives your white little pickup truck, pulls up behind me, I immediately recognize him (older man) and the car as someone who aggressively cut me off on riverside Ave a couple weeks back. Ok, whatever, I’ve gotten over it. Today, he apparently doesn’t wait, swerves around me at a RED LIGHT and passes me on the left into ONCOMING TRAFFIC and cuts all across the major 4 way intersection INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC. Either this man needs to be medicated and his license revoked or this is condoned by management there. If I have noticed this particular person doing this same exact thing twice this month, WHAT ELSE IS HE DOING!!!! It’s so aggressive and egregious and dangerous it’s unfathomable. When he hurts someone because of his recklessness, it’s on you in your company vehicle. Reporting this to corporate also, completely crazy. I’ve never reported anything to “management” or “corporate” in my life, but this guy is putting the public in danger.

Two days later I arrived and within a record amount of time he installed all three on my Edge. In closing Josh gave me ECS. Exceptional Customer Service. Ask for him when you have to visit this particular location.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
