  I was so appreciative and so impressed with the service I received. It was a Saturday at approximately 4:30pm when I was driving and my tire pressure dropped significantly. I was so stressed as to what to do. I pulled to the Marshfield Sullivan Tire thinking that they would tell me I had to wait until Monday, but the young man at the from desk was so friendly and kind, he told me that someone would come out to take a look. Another young man came right out, took my car in and found that I had a nail in my tire. In total I talked with three young men, two shared they were fairly new (front desk was 6 months). I wish I got their names as all 3 were the most respectful and kind people, and they all spoke and acted as they loved their jobs. My tire was repaired and I was on the road again in about 20 minutes-REMARKABLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE - THANK YOU!

  I came in 10-15 minutes before closing for a popped tire. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They got my spare on and I was on my way within 10 minutes or so. Waiting area was clean and kid friendly!

  Went in for an alignment and balance and left with significantly worse camber on rear wheels and dirt all over my interior. I can deal with cleaning the dirt if they did a decent job on the alignment but as you can see the alignment was performed with as much precision as they used to rub dirty gloves all over my vehicle. Before I checked the vehicle upon exit I asked the associate if there was any kind of warranty associated with the work…he laughed and said no. Very unprofessional shop, feel like I wasted an entire day sitting in the lobby here for nothing to be completed correctly.

  We’ve been going to this Sullivan’s for several years and have had previously good experience until now. Knew I was getting close to needing tires - stopped in yesterday and had the technician come out to review. He said I just needed to replace them by winter but the car will be fine and will pass inspection. He wrote me a tire quote and recommended I check in beginning of May to see if there were new tire specials before I spend the $2600 on tires. Inspection line was long so said I would be back the next day. Return today for that inspection, wait 90 mins for the 3 people in front of me to go (didn’t realize it takes 1/2 hr per car to inspect) move on to an hr and 40 mins and the guy comes out saying I won’t pass due to the tires. I wouldn’t mind if (a) their own tech didn’t mislead me the day before or (b) I didn’t just waste over 90mins for only 3 people ahead of me to be told this. Now they lost my tire sale and my future business. Clearly I can’t rely on their own techs

  This location, particularly the store manager is a pleasure to do business with. Bryan went the extra distance to help me with my 2021 Colorado truck. He helped me with an issue I was dealing with the shocks and his services replacement made it right. Not only tires but all other service requirements, Sullivan Marshfield is the place to go.
