  It was the Groupon that introduced me to Top Shine but their reviews clinched the deal. They did not disappoint! My car was spic & span, shiny and like-new again. Great job! And as a bonus, they were so nice and very accommodating. Five stars for sure!

  1 star – Extremely disappointed I drove all the way from Atlanta, GA to Marlborough, MA and I picked this shop specifically because of the good reviews. Honestly, I'm not sure if family and friends left those reviews, because my car did not come out the way I expected at all. I have a brand new 2026 Nissan Sentra SV, less than a month old. I paid $150 for dead bug removal and a wax. They did a horrible job. The car still had bug marks on the front bumper and hood, streaks across the paint, and fine scratches that were not there before. When I brought it up, the lady working was rude and dismissive. She blamed it on "rain, the car sitting, and the heat, acid rain." On a car that is not even 30 days old and just drove over 1,000 miles? I don't believe that. She mentioned if I pay $600 she can do a better job. After driving from out of state and choosing them based on their 4.8 stars, this was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend. The worst wax job I’ve ever seen.

  Very good experience, at first they had missed a few spots but when I picked up the car they asked me to take a look and took care of it right away without any complaints. Very friendly and professional crew and price was reasonable. Car was cleaned thoroughly and I would come back.

  I’ve had my car detailed here twice now, and both times they completely knocked it out of the park. The team is friendly, timely, and incredibly thorough, and the pricing is very fair for the quality of work they provide. My car looks amazing every time I pick it up. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and professional detailer!
