  I’ve been waiting weeks for a windshield, and today they just the appointment another week. Worse experience I’ve ever had with replacing a windshield.

  The experience has been terrible. I had to miss a day of work to get my windshield replaced, and the replacement glass they had was defective. They were unable to complete the installation and had to schedule another appointment for me to come back. Because of that, I had to miss another day of work. On top of that, the job was poorly done. Now whenever I drive my car, I can hear wind coming through the windshield, creating a loud noise while driving. I’ve been trying to contact them to get this fixed, but it has been extremely difficult to reach anyone or get proper support. At this point, it looks like I may have to miss work yet again because of their mistake.

  Took for a pinky nail size chip. Looked worse afterwards and failed a month later with huge crack. Had them replace it, but the calibration failed. Incompetent shop with no communication.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Smooth from Start to Finish If your windshield needs replacing and you're dreading the hassle, let this review put your mind at ease — at least if you're heading to the Safelite in Marlborough. The experience started well before I even arrived. Appointment reminders and text alerts kept me informed every step of the way, which immediately set a tone of professionalism and respect for the customer's time. No guessing, no wondering — just clear, timely communication. I even recieved a phone call two hours prior to my appointment letting me know the windshield was in-stock. When I walked in, the process kicked off without any friction. I was greeted promptly, my key was taken, and I was told to expect about 90 minutes. I was out the door in under 60. That kind of under-promise and over-deliver mentality goes a long way. Before I left, one of the technicians walked me through a thorough exit checkout — covering all the dos and don'ts for the first 24–48 hours after a replacement. It felt less like a formality and more like someone who actually cared that the job stayed intact. One piece of constructive feedback: I'd encourage the technicians to introduce themselves by name. The work was genuinely excellent, and whoever handled my vehicle deserves the credit and the kudos — but I couldn't give them a shoutout by name because I simply didn't know it. A small thing that could make a real difference for the team. I went through insurance, as I'd imagine most people do, but I'll say this — the way this location is run, the pricing and process are transparent and efficient enough that if you found yourself paying out of pocket, you wouldn't feel taken advantage of. That's a trust signal that not every auto service can claim. Overall, a really well-orchestrated experience. Highly recommend.
