  Fantastic experience working with the gentlemen here! Derek was super nice and awesome to work with in setting up my rental after I was rear ended, and even helped me connect with the insurance we were working with (who was awful) but I appreciate him! Daimyan was also an incredible help in helping me with trying to figure out issues with the protection charges afterwards. Props to both of them and thank you!

  The whole reservation, meet up with Enterprise representatives was a wonderful experience. Help was readily available at any inconvenience. Kudos to the Malden, Ma shop. Damion and Derek were professional and helpful till the end of my rental experience. Thank you

  overall such a mid experience with this enterprise. I reserved a jeep wrangler and called 3 times to make sure it would be a wrangler. The day before my reservation I tried to add my card online, it would not allow me to. I called I told them I was paying with a debit card. Get to enterprise they were going to give me a flat bed jeep. I give them my ID and card and they tell me “ this is a $50,000 we cant take this debit card.” When I told them an employee told me I could pay this way the short guy cackled as if something was funny. Manager came in i asked them to call see if any other wranglers were in the area bc I was traveling and I didn't want everything to fly off the back. Nothing was available managers obviously just wanted me to pick a car and go didn't really care that I was frustrated. When I told him, his employe was rude he said it was a culture thing…. Today I return the car it’s down pouring and the employee tells me I’m a gallon shy of where it was left and I should go put gas it in. I ask for a manager he rectifies this situation and tells me I’ll get my refund back which I was appreciative of. Just a very annoying situation at first and the morning manager and short employee with glasses do not have good customer service at all who worked on June 27th.
