  overall such a mid experience with this enterprise. I reserved a jeep wrangler and called 3 times to make sure it would be a wrangler. The day before my reservation I tried to add my card online, it would not allow me to. I called I told them I was paying with a debit card. Get to enterprise they were going to give me a flat bed jeep. I give them my ID and card and they tell me “ this is a $50,000 we cant take this debit card.” When I told them an employee told me I could pay this way the short guy cackled as if something was funny. Manager came in i asked them to call see if any other wranglers were in the area bc I was traveling and I didn't want everything to fly off the back. Nothing was available managers obviously just wanted me to pick a car and go didn't really care that I was frustrated. When I told him, his employe was rude he said it was a culture thing…. Today I return the car it’s down pouring and the employee tells me I’m a gallon shy of where it was left and I should go put gas it in. I ask for a manager he rectifies this situation and tells me I’ll get my refund back which I was appreciative of. Just a very annoying situation at first and the morning manager and short employee with glasses do not have good customer service at all who worked on June 27th.

  I had a great car and customer service. However, although I know it’s common business practice for car rental companies, I think it’s soooo tacky and predatory that they charge you for an extra day when *the company* is not open in normal business hours. This location closes at noon on Sundays, instead of closing at 5PM like most places, which means that my car rental from Sunday-Tuesday is the cost of 3 days instead of 2. Again, I know it’s common policy, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a crappy one.

  Rented a car from this place and had some misunderstanding regarding the policy with the rental but Sebastian Antoine managed to help me resolve it. Excellent customer service and great manager.

  Asked last Friday if they was open until 6pm on Sunday…. New guy says yes…. But I’m sitting here… calling… no one is available and their automated voice machine is telling me they are closed😂 I don’t want to say they tried to get extra off of me because i was gonna do an extra week anyways… but cmon informative communication is key… saying yes to anything and everything is alarming. If i was in a predicament i would be more frustrated than i’am now. There are other reasons why I’m leaving this review but because I can’t prove it I won’t leave it here, but if I ever do best believe I’m coming back to update this.
