  Been going to Kelly Nissan for almost 10yrs. Ben M is a top notch service advisor. Very knowledgeable, but more importantly, trustworthy. To most people, trust in a dealership doesn't come easy, however, Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield is just that, trustworthy. Go see Ben. He's a good man!

  I came at the wrong appointment time. They said give me one minute. Came back in 20 seconds and says ok no problem we can still take you. Really I figured I would probably have to wait til after the holiday. Nope problem solved and fixed same day. Excellent service department. Thank you!!

  I booked an appointment at Kelly Nissan Lynnfield with unknown electronic issues that didn’t allow my doors to lock. I really didn’t have much gauge regarding how complex it would be to identify and fix the issue. In a single day, they identified, fixed, and returned the repaired car to me at a fair price. They were incredibly professional from dropoff to pickup. If you’re in the area and need service on your Nissan, this should definitely be the first place that you look.

  I highly recommend going to Kelly Nissan Lynnfield if you're looking for a new vehicle. I went in for my first car loan under my own name and, like most people, I was nervous about not getting ripped off from the dealership with a car I didn't want. The service I got was exceptional! My salesman, Alan Victorino, was incredibly lands off because I let him know I already had a price range and type of car I was interested in. He was great answering questions and really let me pick out what ended up being the exact car I needed (2015 Mazda3). Between him and the finance manager, Lorenzo Vargas, they provided me a smooth, easy time getting financing for my car and having me walk out with a full, clean service and all the necessary steps when getting a car right at the dealership! Lorenzo worked with me in finding the most competitive rate with as little strings attached as possible, calling around different loan service providers. While I might not be in the market for another car for a while, I would recommend coming here! The people are generous, they make sure you feel respected as a buyer, and I'm definitely coming back when it's time to upgrade!
