  My salesman Alan was great. His manager Jeremy was also very helpful. I asked for his best price for the car I was interested in and that is what I got. No back and forth negotiations. No hidden fees. My only complaint was waiting for them to complete the paperwork. They were busy and it took quite awhile. Overall I am very happy with my new car and the great service.

  Highly recommend Kelly Nissan Dealership! From start to finish, the entire team was professional and completely transparent. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but our sales consultant Abe made the process incredibly smooth. He worked with us to conclude a fair deal and was thoroughly well-versed in the Nissan Murano. Abe took the time to answer all our questions and went out of his way to go over the car's features, especially the technology package. We really enjoyed working with Abe and appreciate his patience and expertise. If you are looking for a hassle-free car buying experience, ask for him.

  I have always bought cars at Kelly Nissan as far back to the late 1970's. My 2017 Maxima was making loud noises so I brought it in for a muffler only to discover that my entire muffler system was rotten probably because I live on the ocean in Gloucester Harbor. Also my rear brakes were gone and had various other issues. I had a talk with Joshua a salesman and he proposed and showed my a few cars. I determined the best choice was a 2024 Altima previously owned which was similar to my 2017 Maxima. It has only 11,171 miles and was reasonably priced. I bought the car the same day. I am very happy with my purchase and was extremely pleased on the professional and courteous service everyone involved treated me with. I will continue my association with Kelly of Lynnfield for any service or future purchase. Hey, they really do "make it easy"

  We looked at a few vehicles at kelly nissan, easy no pressure. We did experience a couple hiccups but corey and Vinny went above and beyond to help make a deal. The GM Jeremy is also a real easy person to deal with. Got a good vehicle at a great price. The reason we purchased from kelly was Vinny and Corey's honesty, integrity and being just down to earth gentlemen.

  I had a horrendous experience with this dealership. The day after signing paperwork for a vehicle, I notified the dealership that I wanted to unwind the deal. The vehicle never left the dealership, and I communicated my decision the next day. What should have been a straightforward process became unnecessarily stressful because of extremely poor communication. I was repeatedly promised updates but would go days without receiving a response, forcing me to follow up repeatedly and eventually speak with multiple managers before I finally received confirmation that the transaction was canceled, almost a whole month later. The most concerning issue was the information I was given by the finance manager regarding an alleged $4,200 fee from the bank. I was told that if the dealership unwound the transaction, the bank would charge the dealership $4.2K and was told to pay the amount or take the vehicle. Because this was a big amount, I contacted the bank. The bank stated that the loan was canceled, I owed the bank nothing, and the bank had not charged the dealership the $4.2K that I had been told about. The bank also gave me a case number for proof. That was extremely concerning because the $4.2K was presented as a fee from the bank, said the financial manager, and was used to pressure me into keeping the vehicle. I was also disappointed to be accused of repeatedly changing my mind by the financial manager as well when I had said I wanted to unwind very early and clearly. I considered an alternative offer presented by the dealership, but I never agreed to accept it. After weeks of delays, unanswered messages, and escalation to multiple managers, I was finally told that everything had been canceled. Although all was resolved, it should not have been as stressful as it was. The lack of communication, the pressure to keep the vehicle, and especially the $4.2K fee that was contradicted by the bank are the reasons I am leaving this review.
