Ben Mitchell was so personable, professional & helpful - - Kelly Nissan is very lucky to have him on their Team !
I brought my 2025 Rogue tire to Ben for repair (screw thru the sidewall/tread). Ben explained that it couldn’t be patched due to screw location - - I would need a new tire.
Within 24 hrs Ben had a new tire shipped in & mounted / balanced for my pick up the next day. I bought the Rogue last year from North Shore Nissan ( who has since shut down )
I’m happy to have Kelly & Ben as my new dealer for future service.

I gave the highest possible rating to my overall experience at Kelly Nissan, as the entire process of purchasing my 2026 Nissan Kicks was smooth, transparent, and highly professional. The dealership stood out for its clear communication, lack of pressure, and strong support throughout all stages, including technical explanations, financing, and paperwork.
I would also like to highlight the outstanding service provided by my sales consultant, Bryan Contreras. He was extremely professional, attentive, and patient, answering all my questions with clarity and guiding me through the process with care and integrity. His approach made the entire buying experience very comfortable and reassuring.
Overall, I highly recommend Kelly Nissan for their professionalism and excellent customer service.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with the service department at this Nissan dealership. From start to finish, the entire process was disorganized, slow, and completely unprofessional.
Communication was almost nonexistent. I had to chase them down repeatedly just to get basic updates, and even then, I got vague or conflicting answers. It felt like no one there was actually accountable or knew what was going on.
The timeline they gave me was completely inaccurate. What should have been a straightforward service turned into a drawn-out situation with no sense of urgency on their end. Meanwhile, I was left without a vehicle and no real solutions offered.
To make matters worse, the staff came off as dismissive and indifferent. There was zero effort to make things right or even acknowledge the inconvenience they caused.
At the end of the day, you expect a dealership service department to be efficient, transparent, and professional. This was the exact opposite. I would not trust them with my vehicle again and would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

My father has been without his vehicle for over a month, and this service department has been a complete failure.
There has been little to no communication unless we chase them. No clear timeline, constant delays, and no urgency whatsoever. We’re left guessing what’s going on with his own vehicle.
Ron, the service manager, has been the biggest issue. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the situation, he’s been dismissive and unresponsive. There’s no accountability—just deflection and excuses. That’s a direct reflection of poor leadership.
This has gone beyond inconvenience. My father depends on his vehicle for daily life, and being without it this long is unacceptable. Despite that, there’s been no real effort to make it right—no solutions, no urgency, nothing.
After a full month, there’s still no resolution and no sign that this is being treated seriously.
Bottom line: completely disorganized, poorly managed, and no respect for customers’ time. I would strongly recommend avoiding this service department—especially if Ron is involved.
I simply wanted an oil change with the coupon I received in the mail. The coupon was for $29.99 with a picture of a pick up truck literally on the coupon. Knowing how dealerships work, I called Kelly and the receptionist assured me the price for my Nissan Titan would be as advertised. She even put me on hold to ask someone. When I dropped my vehicle off, the valet who was very nice, Chino, he told me that there would be an additional $20 charge for the additional amount of oil for pickup trucks. Understood by me and agreed to. I also mentioned to the valet that the heat shield clamp on my exhaust was rotted and I pulled it off so there was noisy and irritating vibration. I’m not even sure if this is under warranty. And neither did he or the dealership. It is simply a $2 metal clamp. He told me that he would take a look at it and it seemed like a very simple fix. When I was called and notified that the vehicle was ready for pick up, Chino Told me that price was just under $100 stating that the labor would be free, but he did apply a clamp to the heat shield. Again, not happy with the price but agreed to by me, I said I got my exhaust noise vibration fixed, and the oil change for just under $100. When I arrived, they told me to wait as they would explain the invoice to me. After waiting approximately 30 minutes just to check out, the entire invoice was $137.71. I paid the invoice. Going back to the $29.99 coupon, my oil change totaled $79.95 and what I thought was going to be a simple clamp on the heat shield for my exhaust for a few dollars as verified by the valet, cost $54.50. I will never step foot in That dealership began to service my vehicle.

I just wanted to add this information as well:
I took my Nissan Titan to a local trusted Auto repair service for an inspection sticker and told them about my experience at Kelly Nissan. They removed the non-factory clamp on my exhaust installed by Kelly and even put a second clamp that was rusted to secure the heat shield for $20 not Kelly’s $55 which did not quiet the rattle. “Now” there is no more rattling noise with my exhaust.
My last comment is that Kelly Nissan told me that I needed front brakes during my oil change which I had checked during my inspection sticker service and I was told that there are still at least 7000 to 10,000 miles left on my front brakes. I didn’t ask but it is noted on my invoice. Very disappointing that a dealership cannot be trusted to service their own vehicles. I will not return to Kelly for any warranty services or scheduled services or repairs.
Again. Thanks for reading
