Went in on a Sunday and picked the car up on Monday. We dealt with Steve he was great. Very informative and easy to work with. We had a little mix up on the color, but they made it right, very quickly. Our first time using a Kelly dealership, will definitely be back.

I brought my car to this dealership around three months ago for the transmission because they claimed there was an issue with it. They kept my car there for almost a month. Four weeks ago, there was something wrong with the car again and they stated that at this time, there was something wrong with the engine and have kept it there for a little over a month. I have called them multiple times to check up on the car’s condition and each time I’ve called, they’ve told me that they needed to wait a week for the part (for repair) to arrive. I’ve waited each time but every time I have called back, the process has delayed over and over again. I brought this car to this dealership because I have an extended warranty that they offered when I first bought the car. Today, I called them back and was informed that a manager would reach out, but they have not yet. I’ve mainly been in communication with Joe and have felt that he has not been as responsive to our issues and rather dismissive. I feel as though this dealership has not addressed our issues with much concern.
