  I had an excellent experience working with Courtney at Kelly Jeep Chrysler in Lynnfield. From start to finish, she made the entire car-buying process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Courtney was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I also had a trade-in, and I was extremely happy with the value that Courtney and the team were able to offer me for my vehicle. They worked hard to make sure I received a great price on my trade-in while also helping me get an amazing deal on the car I purchased. I truly felt like they were being fair, transparent, and focused on helping me get the best overall deal possible. Another thing I really appreciated was that they were able to deliver my new car directly to me, which made the process so much easier and more convenient. Because of this, I was able to register the vehicle in my home state instead of Massachusetts, which saved me a lot of extra hassle. That level of customer service and flexibility really stood out to me. What stood out most overall was Courtney’s communication and customer service. She was attentive, honest, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but she made the experience easy and positive from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Courtney and the team at Kelly Jeep Chrysler to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

  Tim and Courtney were amazing. They had me in and out wasted no time. I'm a repeat customer and they treated me amazing thank you so much to Courtney and Tim. I will see you guys hopefully in another few years when my lease is up thank you again Anna.

  The worst experience! I brought my car in on 4/24 to be diagnosed and the service guy told me I needed to leave it. I then had to rent a car the warranty should cover it for 5 days. I have been calling for over a week to get information and every time I call they tell me they will call me back, and I get no call Back. I called to talk to a manager and they were also busy and never returned my call. I still have a rent a car with no information on how long it’s going to be because I can’t get anyone to call me back and see if I can get a loaner or my car back till they figure things out. This is the second time I have had a very bad experience with this location Kelly jeep route one Lynnfield ma It pretty rude not to call back a customer that is looking for answers.

  I had the pleasure of working with Cam on the purchase of my new Jeep. I had previously boughten with a different dealership in Woburn, but unfortunately for me, they completely took advantage of me and made my end of lease a complete nightmare. I ended up going to Lynnfield and I am so happy I did. Cam, Chris, and even the whole management team went above and beyond to help with a difficult situation. They sat with me, were (brutally) honest, went over all of my options, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable - which in most cases is unheard of when buying a vehicle. I genuinely wish I went with them for my previous lease. If you are looking to buy or lease a new Jeep, without being completely taken advantage of, please go see Cam & the whole team at Lynnfield!

  We cannot express how great the experience @ Kelly Jeep was. Our Salesman Cian was extremely professional, courteous, kind, easy going, and funny. Just a nice guy who made the whole experience a simple pleasure from start to finish. Rico and the guys in the finance department were just great and moved everything along quickly and without hassle. Thorough explanations when we had questions, and the overall conversation was relaxed and stress free. The store is absolutely beautiful with the cherry blossoms ( at least I think they’re cherry blossoms… ) out front and the well kept grounds. Everyone is dressed professionally and the place looks incredible. Amazing store, amazing team, amazing deal, I can’t imagine going anywhere else at this point. I’ve never been so happy with the car buying experience and the Jeep Wrangler itself is a whole other level of satisfaction. If you’re looking for a new vehicle do yourself a favor and stop @ Kelly Jeep.
