Great experience and customer service. I was on my way home to cape cod from the north shore and felt some swaying driving on the highway. Was referred by a friend that Sullivan Tire on the Lynnway was close by to where I was and a reliable place. I was greeted by Scott who immediately took my car in. I explained I was leaving that night to see my grandson in PA and wanted to make sure my tires were ok for the long trip, thinking maybe tires needed to be balanced. Not only did they check my tires, but also found I needed brakes, rotors, control arms, ball joints, alignment, along with tires balanced. It was 2:00 on a Friday and knowing I had a long trip that night they stayed late and finished all the work. Scott and Juan made calls and looked for the best prices for parts, etc. Extremely reasonable price for all the work. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe for my trip to see my grandson and I couldn’t be more grateful and definitely recommend them. I will actually go back from cape cod as I know how trustworthy and accommodating they are along with great prices!

I am a loyal customer to Sullivan tire Lynn location. They are always incredibly responsive and helpful with all of my vehicle needs. They are always fair with pricing and never try to upsell/up charge on their services. As a woman, I very much appreciate this as well as I admittedly am not very knowledgeable about vehicles. Highly recommend.

Scott and Jaun at Sullivan Tire were amazing…I had a blowout and they got me right in and on my way. So refreshing to work with honest, authentic people today. I highly recommend these guys!

Today I went to your location in Lynn and Scott waited on me. He was so professional and explained everything in detail that I understood. My experience was great. Previously I had worked with Juan and he did a great job also that’s why I will continue to do business with your Lynn Location

My family and I have been doing business with Sullivans Tire in Lynn for years now. I can’t express how much gratitude and straight forward these gentleman are in the business with servicing the needs of our vehicles. They work on your cars with precision, care accuracy and integrity. They don’t give you the runaround. Things you want in a mechanic. Big shout outs to the team, managers both Juan Mercia’s hard work dedication over the years and Scott for being courteous and professional. Upstanding gentleman. Always a pleasure doing business with y’all thank you 🙏
