I recently purchased a car from Kelly Honda and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. Nestor and Anthony , made the entire process so easy and stress-free from beginning to end.
As someone who doesn’t really understand much about cars or the financing process, I truly appreciated how patient, communicative, and descriptive they both were throughout everything. Anthony especially took the time to explain every detail in a way that was simple and easy for me to understand, which made me feel very comfortable and confident with my purchase.
The customer service here was amazing and I’m beyond grateful for how smooth they made everything. I will definitely recommend Kelly Honda to anybody looking for a car.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience honestly left me heartbroken and disgusted with how little this dealership values people once they’ve made the sale.
Less than 6 months ago, we purchased a used vehicle from this dealership for approximately $56,000. Since then, we have put fewer than 600 miles on it. The car is in pristine condition, yet we’ve already experienced multiple issues that made us deeply regret the purchase.
Hoping the dealership would stand behind their customer and at least try to help make the situation right, I called to ask about having the car appraised to potentially sell back. I was specifically told I needed to come in person so they could properly evaluate it.
So I packed up my five-month-old twins and drove over an hour to the dealership. Any parent of infants knows how difficult that alone can be — planning feedings, naps, diapers, loading and unloading babies — all while trying to trust that a business you just gave tens of thousands of dollars to would treat you with basic honesty and respect.
Instead, they took my key, walked outside for literally two minutes, came back, and offered $41,000.
A $15,000 loss in just a few months on a pristine vehicle with almost no miles added. No real evaluation. No compassion. No attempt to understand why we were unhappy. Just a number thrown at us with the excuse that “it’s the market.”
It was insulting. It felt manipulative. And honestly, it felt cruel.
What hurt the most wasn’t even the number — it was the complete lack of humanity behind it. Not once did anyone acknowledge the inconvenience of bringing two babies there. Not once did anyone try to make us feel valued as customers. Not once did anyone seem to care that we were unhappy with a vehicle we had JUST purchased from them.
This dealership may know how to sell cars, but they clearly do not value honesty, customer service, integrity, or long-term relationships with the people who trust them. Once the paperwork is signed, you become just another transaction.
Businesses reveal their character when customers have problems — not when they’re making a sale. Unfortunately, this experience showed me a dealership with no moral compass, no accountability, and no genuine care for the people walking through their doors.
I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before trusting this dealership with your time, money, or family.
Honda service team was outstanding. Melanie was fast and communicative which is very rare in today’s world when it comes to customer service. While waiting for my car I went over to the Sales department to kill time. Those guys are dressed sharp! They greeted me and asked if all my needs were met. They took the courtesy of showing me what I could get for the price of my current honda and was very impressed. I may have to upgrade sooner than I thought. Great service and attention to customer all around.

I worked with Sal at the dealership. He was professional and worked with me on price efficiently and transparently. And after we reached agreement, was in contact with me regularly to help with next steps in getting the car ready to go. The next time I am in the market for a car, I’ll be starting here.
I had such a great experience working with Manny and Jose. From start to finish, they made the entire process of trading in my car and getting a new one feel smooth and stress-free. Manny was incredibly supportive and really took the time to listen, making sure I felt comfortable with every step. Jose, as the finance manager, broke everything down in a way that actually made sense, so I never felt confused or overwhelmed.
What really stood out was how much they handled behind the scenes without me having to worry about a thing. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and that I fully understood what was happening throughout the process. It honestly felt effortless on my end, which is rare when it comes to buying a car.
If you’re looking for a team that’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your experience, I highly recommend working with Manny and Jose. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and even enjoyable.
