Came here to get slow leak/flat tire checked. They TOLD me that they checked it completely and even put it in water to check for a leak and found nothing. Told me that they replaced the valve stem but clearly didn’t. Sent me on my way and said come back Tuesday if it was still leaking. Brought it to another tire shop and there is CLEARLY a hole that was audibly hissing air. It would have been VERY obvious in water. These guys were lazy and didn’t want to do work on a Sunday afternoon so they lied about actually doing anything. Dangerous to send customers out with a leaking tire.

Hello, I brought my car to the Goodyear in Lynn because it’s a rental and they are an authorized service provider for Flexdrive (where I rented the car). I brought it in for preventive maintenance, specifically an oil change and new tires; however, after the tire replacement, the car was in terrible condition—shaking excessively and creating a safety hazard. It shakes violently at speeds over 45 mph. I went back to the shop the next day but wasn't even helped; they are demanding a new approval from Flexdrive to fix the very work they botched in the first place. I do not recommend them!

These people will get you killed.
I came here on April 30th to get the tires that were purchased here serviced. They needed to be rebalanced because the car would shake violently starting at ~55mph and the tires had constant slow leaks that we suspected were in part from the valve stems. It was mentioned 8 times, yes actually 8 times I did in fact count, that we wanted the valve stems replaced.
They did not replace the valve stems.
On my road trip to NC, which I mentioned that I would be going on to the men at the front desk multiple times, my tire pressure light came on. I pulled over in a random gas station somewhere around PA, put air in my tires, and found that the stems had what looked like new caps, but otherwise appeared to be the same exact stems from before. On one of the tires, the core had been completely depressed into the stem and was shooting out air (there was nothing in the cap that would have been causing this, it was depressed on its own). I pulled it back up with tweezers, filled the tire to the specified PSI, and thought I would be ok to make it to my destination.
The above mentioned tire blew on a country road in NC and I crash landed in some nice folks' front yard. They helped me get back on the road after almost dying to the tire blowing suddenly in front of a semi that was bearing down on me in torrential downpours and I limped into Raleigh on a donut. A shop in Raleigh cringed at the condition of the tire and set me up with a used, similarly spec'd tire to get me home.
On the way back, in Connecticut my front 2 Good Year tires began to rapidly deflate. I pulled over on the side of an embankment on 95 because there was nowhere else that was safe and refilled the tires. The Good Year tires all needed tons of air, but the used tire I got in Raleigh was perfectly fine.
Attached paperwork from Good Year. They've refunded the $75 that I spent on them not doing the work that was requested, but that doesn't change the fact that I was put in an incredibly dangerous situation, that they lied on the paperwork that the work had been fulfilled and the issue was resolved, that they spent more time trying to sell me a stupid windshield washer fluid reservoir for $300 than the time spent not doing the service I requested 8 times on the critical components of my car, that I now I have 2 mismatched tires on the back of my vehicle, and that their awful branded tires are still leaking.
I also want to mention that this is not the first time this shop has failed to do requested work. My family has had multiple issues with them claiming they did something, it not actually being done, then having to return the same day for them to actually do the work for real that time while their dumb techs get yelled at by their manager. The only reason I even came here this time was because I thought the tires were still under warranty (turns out it expired a few months earlier lol).
I probably could've pulled 4 random tires out of the dump and been better off than I had been trusting them.

John M, the manager, is awesome. He helped me out a lot in routine maintenance, new tires, and oil changes. Gave me great prices that couldn’t be beat. The service was always prompt and professional. I have my entire family bringing their cars to John. Amazing
