- HSHafiz ShariffJun 25, 20261.0Shady rental place. Pick up was an annoyance, trying to lie about not having coverage using your own CDW insurance and liabilty. I ended up taking none of their extras. Not my first time renting a car. And the chick was sitting on her personal phone too much. My credit card was charged twice, they claimed it to be a "system fault" and that it was only charged once. When you're having two drop-down transactions on your mobile, that says otherwise. This was later corrected on its own, but be sure to check. Car was filthy! A quick exterior washed and rushed out. Roof dirty. Swirl marks all over the piano black plastic inside. Cupholders with dirt, dust and crumbs. What the heck is on the back of the driver seat?? I uploaded a picture of the seat in the back. Gross! I was on a trip alone, no one sat in the back so this was how the rental was given to me. Return was very smooth, the person who was at the front was a lot more service oriented. Remember to take a walk around video of the rental before you leave. Don't trust them blindly.
